I am a construction worker, my day starts at 5am in the morning, I stop to this wawa because is the closest one to home, at that time is always empty and if you order something to eat they take for ever.I prefer to go now to the one in near Walgreens
The latest 4 visits found this Wawa unable to fulfill my complete purchase order for my brand of cigarettes. I wanted a FULL carton, which they didn't have. The most they had was 7 packs. Now this was over the course of 2 months...enough time to properly order often requested items and/or resolve any supply chain issues.Also, floor was filthy and sticky from liquid spills. I saw NO disinfecting between customers using the checkout device, food ordering screens or door handles.Clerks were pleasant enough, generally. Only 1 handicapped parking space on the East side of the store...not nearly enough.
Very poor customer service. Went in to purchased a Wawa gift card i asked for an envelope for the gift card and got attitude and still no envelope. Never going to that Wawa again

Whoever made my cheesesteak at 11:30pm on Friday. I just want to let you know that I hate you. Bread wasn’t toasted. Cheese was cold. The meat was cold. Had to throw it away

I Just left there at the one in @ReadingPa and I witnessed myself being involved in discrimination. Everyone should be welcome, Color ,Shape or form. I was there at 2:00 am trying to order a sandwich. And didn't get a chance to get my food made because the worker responded to me vary harsh instead of giving me a polite manor.
Honestly this is the worst wawa. If you have food stamps and you have no taste, at least they have chicken noodle soup.
