This was her first time going to tropical bakery which is a Latino bakery. The pastries are out of this world and they make their own bread daily.

Another place where they give you bad / awkward looks when you place an order in English although nothing there is healthy we gravitate to our old habits damn you sweet tooth love the bread pudding and their pastrami is okay if you suffer from diabetes and high blood pressure stay away coffee needs work not up to Island standards
BEWARE!!! I came here to order a breakfast sandwich and saw roaches crawling on the pastry display. It was the most disgusting thing I have experienced in a food restaurant. Additionally, the women that work there have the worst attitude and personality I have encountered in a small business. I do not recommend eating here. Please go to a restaurant that guarantees cleanness and proper, respectable service.
We tried a variety of pastries and they were all delicious. Will be back again.

Called to see if they have flan available. They said small size is available and it's 2.50 dollars. Before I say anything, they hang up on me. I was going to say I want to buy 20 of flan. Guess they don't want my money. Rated 1 because they actually pick up the first ring.

Me and my wife stopped in for lunch and were disappointed given the fact we've ate there many times and never expected to eat such a poor sandwich. I had a ham and cheese with lettuce n tomatoes on half of a whole bread. Sad to say they only put 2 slices of ham n some big a** slices of tomatoes which tasted like I was eating a salad with bread. My wife got an egg, ham and cheese which was nothing but bread. I won't ever buy a sandwich from there. Bread is sometimes overcooked and skimpy so they fell off for me. They just getting cheap period.
