Called at 8:40, worker answered by saying “sorry we are closed for the night”Website says closes at 9I was two blocks away ..i could have easily walked in within 5 minutes, (if they were concerned I wouldn’t show up by 9) Instead worker hung up on me when I asked what time they close. Nonexistent professionalism. Reflects a poorly run restaurant. I will not return for a long time, there are plenty of other places to eat that are just as good.
Did a call in order, went to pick it up the took the money and said have nice day. But we did even have the whole order yet. Had ask for our pizza they didn't bring out before we could leave. Got home the salad that was order with no onions and blue cheese dressing. The salad had extra onions and they gave Italian dressing. The lasagna was under cooked the pasta was rubbery and meat had funny taste. Don't know if was bad or not it ended up in the trash. The brushetta was just garlic bread and half thought tomato brushetta mix to put on it. The cheese pizza was only thing that wasn't messed up. I don't know what happened to this place, but since it changed hands and name it has seriously gone down hill. We will not be going back and neither will our friends and family.

We haven’t been to Tino’s since it became Tino’s and we can say we 150% will never go back. The service was not good whether the waitress was new or not, we didn’t even get a drink order in until 15 minutes after being at the establishment. Drinks were not provided unless we asked for. Never offered. After we ordered our food, two other tables who came into the establishment after us got their food before us. How does that add up. Our food then was about to be delivered but then the kitchen help stood at the kitchen entrance debating where the food was to go then turned around and walked back into the kitchen with our food. We didn’t receive our food until about 15-20 minutes later. The fries were cold. The lasagna was undercooked inside but over cooked around the edges. The chicken parm was lacking a whole 2nd chicken breast which is listed on the menu. And what was suppose to be a CHICKEN Cali cheesesteak came out as a STEAK cali cheesesteak. To make this all worse… no they were not busy.. at all.Please train your workers better. Teach your kitchen staff better cooking techniques. And advise all staff all customers can see their actions and reactions.
Nice Italian aromas when you enter!! Fresh out of the oven pizza slices had great taste, however the crust underneath not crisp enough. Great service and beautiful atmosphere. Will definitely be back!!
Love this place. Manager is great. Kid friendly and great drinks and food.

So I have ate tino's/santino's for a very long time so tonight I called and ordered 24 wings a large pizza when I went there to get it on the pickup side of course I said hey where's my buddy at and the one lady said you mean Jesus I said yeah oh he's no longer here I was shocked he was I think the main cook and I followed that up with is Becky still here the bar seems kind of empty and then there was a gentleman standing there that said you have asked that three times every time you come here I have not been here in over 9 months I paid for my food $48 and left it sitting on the counter and walked out I will not be going back obviously the guy has a chip on his shoulder if I ask the same question 100 times so what customer service is everything this place is dead we'll go under in the next 3 years
