We went thru the drive thru....it's kind of out dated...the menu is not electronic so the writing is hard to see...so we just ordered what we had at a previous Taco Bell since we couldn't really see that menu...so the employees at both windows were polite...after we got our order we took no more than 2 minutes to pull over in the parking lot to eat. The food...so the tacos were totally "greasy" and had absolutely no flavor... And they had pounded it with a ton of "wet" lettuce.... So the combination of both grease from the meat and the water from the lettuce made both the soft shells and the hard shells so disgusting and completely soggy...so it just fell apart...it was a total mess...we couldn't even eat it... It was so full of grease and water from the lettuce that the bag we received our meal in totally ripped out from the bottom!! So honestly I will NEVER go bk to thisTaco ? Bell ever again!!

The last three times I have been here, it’s taken 30+ minutes for my order...all I get is one crunchwrap and a soda. They also put beef on it two out of those three times and I’m vegetarian. Just drive 15 minutes to the Douglassville one if you want TB

I visited about 8 pm on 9/30/2021 the potatoes on my spicy potato soft tacos about chipped my tooth but the lady working the drive through window was very friendly and did a great job. In my eyes she was a goddess and Im kicking myself for not getting her number
It's taco bell - need I say more? Yes, yes I do... too much lettuce not enough beans and well everything else. I had a lettuce bowl. Service was polite and I should have gotten a soft taco Supreme. And where are the NACHO FRIES?? Here one day gone the next - what a tease ?
Food was horrible! Hard shell tacos were mushy, burrito was cold and they charged extra for the chicken in a chicken chalupa chalupa.
The one female night shift manager needs to be fired. She was taking orders and had asked the car in front of us how many cars were behind him and he said 2. When the second car approached to place his order she screamed that they were closed and she was not going to serve him but then had yelled and asked what she can get him. Action needs to be taken because I had asked the young girl at the window who was giving out the orders and she said it was her manager. Her being a part of management she has no right to yell at a customer who was patiently waiting in line to get food. Maybe next time have an employee place orange cones at the drive thru so no one else can come through when your establishment is closing.
