Fight broke out between employees.Made it fairly uncomfortable.Swearing from your staff isnt very professional.Children were in the dining room at the time too.Place was pretty much a fiasco.Also this establishment seems to be following an unfortunate trend of putting the emphasis on door dash orders over dine in customers or patrons that grab food to go.The manager on duty was doing his best, I felt for him....wasnt his fault.Will definitely ? NOT return to this location.
Pretty clean inside... employees were polite...even tho it was pretty busy, our order came out fast...BUT...we had a fairly large order (we ordered for 5 ppl) we should have checked everything in the bags b4 we drove home, which I usually do, but of course the one time I didn't we had 4 items missing...a chalupa, 2 soft tacos and one hard....other then that, I can't complain (*we didn't drive bk to complain since it's about a 20min ride both ways so we just took it as a loss)
This location has the most patience honestly. My orders are always complicated because I have weird cravings and they get it right EVERY SINGLE TIME and they send a lot of sauce with your order. They all need a raise.
The restaurant is one of the best I have been in for a while they are so nice and take care of you. A big guy rook care of me at counter very good guy. Thanks for great experience.
This is the worsttactfully. Other than this is so close to my home I would never again go here. After they moved to this location all I have are issues. Either they mess up the order, don't understand what I am ordering or they completely miss the order. I placed an order 20 minutes back via the app. and now they are saying they didn't receive any order. I showed my app, email and the text and it was useless. They can't even track by order number. This is the last time I will place the order at this location
Literallt just got done eating here. The drive through worker didn’t say a word or a thank you, my quesadilla was literally cold the cheese wasn’t melted and my boyfriend asked for lite lettuce on his taco and they put one piece of shredded lettuce on each. Kinda funny cuz we were in a good mood but if it was one of my bad days I would have been more upset!
Second time I go there and they don't know how to make a crunchwrap. It's not wrapped correctly and they just spread a super thin layer of the meat. Don't give correct order and try to give me 3 soft tacos to replace the chalupa without even saying anything. Check your bag before leaving the window. My bag is a mess, all the inside of the tacos all over the bag
Horrid this place and most employees need rehab and boundaries...never been assault at taco bell definitely got spit on for asking If it was diet mt.dew I'm a high risk pregnancy and she pulled her mask off and came out the window this lil girl is lucky I'm pregnant because she would have got ripped out the window then gave me cold food worst place ever
Bonnie: Was my first time ever going to a Taco bell, I am vegetarian and so I asked for a bowl which I was informed no bowls were available the second time we went around after trying to figure out what I wanted. No problem, I was informed of a veggie fiesta burrito so I ordered that in place of the bowl. After receiving my order we parked and I took a bite, only to end up spitting up my food as it contained meat. We went back and some girls told us to come in because we could just order at the kiosk. The guy working ignored them and helped me get the order right. I work at a restaurant and have never been treated so poorly. The guy I would give 5 stars to, the rest of the experience was less than a 1 star review. I would not recommend this place, as the customer service is very poor.
Very slow employees. Quality of food has gone downhill. Less variety. Needs to bring back old menu with Taco Bowl.
