Quick service during non-peak times, which takes a few minutes to get your order. I’m not really a Starbucks person, but the first time I went, I ordered a strawberry lemonade refresher and it tasted great with ice and strawberries. It’s my favorite beverage here, especially if I’m tired. You can get a strawberry refresher that has caffeine, add lemonade with a slight charge, or get lemonade if you don’t want the strawberry juice and caffeine. Staff are very kind. Great service. Weekends, holidays, Fridays can be very busy with a line, but not like the very long drive-thru line at Starbucks near the urgent care and Walmart in Wyomissing. Good coffee cake too.However, in rare cases, they can be closed due to shorthand staff trained to work there. Also, an employee gave me attitude when I went to get my drink because of the way I said it, but that was either in October or November. The drinks are kinda expensive. $3.95 for a tall (smallest size) sized refresher is pricey. Recommend, but if it’s very busy and you have to rush and be somewhere at a certain time, then it’s not a good time to stop here, as it was really busy and I had to take the bus, and left because I didn’t want to wait 30 minutes for the next bus.

To be fair, I don't care for Starbucks in the least. I do not drink coffee, nor do I consume any of their food selection. I was visiting for a family member and while the wait staff was nothing short of amazingly friendly, helpful, cheerful, and kind the weight at this specific location tends towards ludicrous. It is not unsurprising to wait a half hour for one beverage going through the drive-thru. I don't mind, because I plan on a lot in that amount of time if I do attend this establishment, but if you are in a rush this is not the best venue for you.,
