I usually do not have an issue but I ordered delivery through Sophia’s website and paid 12$ for a sandwich I had to drive back down and ask for my money back… in which I was told had to be refunded through their delivery service which is not grub hub or Uber eats or door dash instead of just giving me the $12 for the inconvenience of not being able to eat with my family through all this for dinner.. so I left without a sandwich and a reassurance of a reimbursement of my money through my account in which never happened.
I ordered from this place before and I always order the same thing every time without a problem.This time however what I assumed I I ordered wasn't rightwalking back in from the front of the store I askedExcuse me I think you got my order wrong I asked for something specificand what i got was different.I was told repeatedly that I was wrong. Not that maybe there was a mistake nope.I was wrong.Sure let's just say i was "wrong" can i switch out the slice since I haven't touched it? Or get a refund?Can't do that you left the store so we can't do anything to help you, however you canJust buy another slice. . .So I can't switch It, I can't get a refund AND I'm being told I'm wrong and there's nothing they can do? Interesting customer service coming directly from the owners mouthDon't come here if you order something cause they might get it wrong but no wait you're wrong and no they can't fix it :)What a joke
Ordered our food at 11 when the place first opened. Our estimated delivery time was 12. Called at 12:15 and they just left the place which is fine because we only live 5 minutes. Called at 12:30 again a d they were completely opposite of our direction. Weren’t even apologized to for the inconvenience…scratch that! The owner came personally to our house to deliver and apologized! Gave our lunch on the house. We will keep continuing to be customers!!

Kitchen is super clean one of the cleanest kitchens I've ever seen food was great and so was the staff great job!!!!

Over priced for what you get. Didn’t try the pizza and definitely won’t take the chance when I can order from places I know have good pizza. You get like 10 breaded mushrooms for $5.50 and the quantity and quality of cheese fries isn’t worth it. The cheeseburger sub I had as ok, but once again, not worth the price. Will not order again
