For starters you order food and it's never right. Like how do you mess up a plain hotdog..... well they put everything on it. The people try telling you they gave you the food and they didn't. The one girl who worked the driver thru had an attitude because she was asked to repeat the order back. This place in Exeter SUCKS !!
Placed an order via drive-thru. The girl took my card and swiped it and I watched my receipt print out. And my card app alerted me of the charge. She then walks away with my card. I waited and then after a few minutes knocked on the window and asked for my card. Another girl comes over with her and asked what I needed and I said my card. She says oo she didn't charge you yet. I say yes she did. They both look at each other and then she hands me my card AND my receipt. Seemed like they were trying to run a scam or something. I ended having to drive around again because they forgot half my order. Then the other half was completely the wrong burger and boneless wings. I will never again visit this ghetto place. Retrain those employees. The G.m supposed to be there for peak hours aren't they?. I couldn't even get a manager to talk to me when i asked for one because supposedly none was there.. Best to close down again and stay closed this time.
This place have drive thru , drive in. I always visit them for milkshakes and icecream. Me and my wife likes the snickers blast with extra snickers. Also there sizes are actually big when compared to other places there mini is like small size when compared to others. I got once medium which is like large.Hope you stop by drive in and enjoy my suggestion let me know how it felt. Also suggest if you like anyother blasts i will try
Food was good, but I waited 45 min to get my food that I had placed on the app.
I love this place but after the pandemic it look like there forgot about maintaining there store or they might be going under it is sad to see this food place disappeared
Hands down the food was great! I got the number 2 with the works and tots, burger was hot and fresh as were the tots. Service was great, friendly and quick. Not sure where all the negative comments came from, but the fact someone said Burger King was better....seriously??? That place is horrible and dirty....Sonic...I am glad you reopened! Do not worry about the haters as some are quick to condemn.....
The quality of food has gone down greatly since they reopened.I got the 5 pc tender meal and it came out to +$11.I was given a box with no Ketchup or sauce. The straw disintegrates in the drink. The chicken was dry and gross.You can have a better meal at Burger King for less.I could overlook the bad attitude from staff and slow lines if the food was actually good.
Food was good. Server was on skates!! She did a great job!!
We ordered online at 525pm. Showed up to stall and checked in. We sat until I had to call to check progress. We left at 632pm with all of our sandwiches cold and ice in drinks had melted to the point of watering it down. Ended up not eating most of the food. They need better training or a responsible manager who knows what they are doing.If you don't mind wasting money on cold food and bad service they are your restaurant.
the staff is great but corporate needs to get rid of the paper straws. mine disintegrated in 5 mins in a cherry limeade and it just ripped open in my gf's milkshake
