Great burgers and great service. There are a lot of different options for gourmet burgers. Love the endless fries!
Our server was sweet but the worst we have ever had here. We were told our silverware was being washed but never received them but we got a giggle from our waiter. Our food took forever to come and the food was cold. The server said sorry we have runners for our food but she brought us our food. All our cups and plates are still sitting in front of us. Terrible! I could of made better food at home.
Very disappointed, I go to this place 1-2x a week and let me tell you I will not be returning. You want to talk about customer service... This place puts the loudest, most obnoxious, ignorant, waitress at the bar almost every time I'm here now. When Beth ran it service was amazing. Now its awful and staff will know who I am talking about (hint she's pregnant). She never gets an order right and blames it on the customer, then throws boxes at them, and tells them to get out because she doesn't like serving them. Well let me tell you something I'm in sales and have a lot of connections in Exeter/Reading and I will blast you for business. So you chose the wrong person to do this to.
Food is ok...but expensive for a family restaurant with basic menu. It would been better going red lobster or olive garden that cost the same price....for better food. I mean for fries, salad, sandwich s and burgers. The place pact with kids... it was so loud....unable to hear the people at my table. It's not worth the price......!! Don't get wrong... food was good....but way over price.
The food tasted great. In the middle of winter the air conditioning was on. I told our server and they adjusted it. The heat was on for a few minutes and it switched back to air conditioning. Which made my food cold and me cold. Also ran out of beverage and only offered to be refilled as were getting ready to leave. Seeing as we didn't see our waitress much.
The staff at this location are so wonderful! Especially the folks running to go orders outside. You will receive fast, courteous service and delicious food. I love all the different options for buns/lettuce wraps, meat/Veggie burgers, and all the different kind of fries. You will leave full and happy ? ?
Many choices of tasty burgers with unlimited french fries on the side. Plus a good variety of drinks to go along with them. What's not to like??
Excellent food and service. Good old fashioned burgers and fries at their best. Food is fresh and tasty. Server was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our party received stellar service. Definitely recommended.
5/5 for food. 3/5 for service. Alcohol beverage took a long time to get there. Napkins and silverware proceeded the food (though only a minute or so, no biggie) but the apps were 10 min late after the entrées. Manager comped. It was peak busy hours so all in all we had a pretty pleasant time. Our waitress was very attentive and I enjoyed the experience.
COVID dining has been bad at chain restaurants! Our food at this Red Robin location was hot and tasted great, but most importantly, the service was fast and spot on! Our server was attentive, but not intrusive! I wish I would have remembered her name, but the service is what really was impressive, because service during COVID has been so poor. I understand many of the reasons, but our server was fabulous and didn't make us feel like we had to just deal with bad service because it is COVID days. Thank you to all the kitchen and front of the house staff who made our meal better than expected!
