Horrible experience. Order was to be ready at 4:37. I walked out with my food at 5:08. And there were no chips as requested. No bacon on my husband's Wrong Doug. It was only cooked on one side. I also noticed the staff didn't seem to be in any hurry at all with the long line waiting. Didn't even START my order until after 5:00. When I ordered at 4:21. Doesn't anyone have any motivation anymore? This is ridiculous! $30 worth of food and I have to eat it with freaking Tostitos because there's no bag of chips. Thanks a lot jerks. Won't be coming here again.
I will no longer be going to this location. Got a mobile order yesterday and the portions were tiny, missing items, burnt chicken… also, the bowl tasted terrible. What a waste of my money and time.
Small portions. Ordered the steak and it wasn’t cooked. Pink and chewy. Very disappointed.
Great love the food. But tonight I paid $4.99 for extra queso and didn't get it. Didn't get guacamole or chips.
Omg thank you thank you for the pop up fundraiser today at Brandywine! It was so much food and we are enjoying our taco kit and guacamole! Thanks for delivering and supporting the music department!

Have ordered multiple times from door dash and the orders have never been correct! Today was the worst ordered a salad and it literally came with lettuce and chicken on it nothing else! So disappointed!
For 3 to eat it was just under 30$ and it was very good I recommend the steak burrito with seasoned rice
The restaurant was cleaned. The people didn't greet us upon our arrival. Sadly this trip was less than pleasurable tonight! The food was cold & tasted burned. I had a white chicken bowl & it tasted burned. There was no onions, green peppers or mushrooms although I love those in my bowl. Then they did put more onions on the grill, but the other items they said they were out of. Not impressed! My daughter had a ground beef burrito & she said it also tasted burned. Not a great experience ?. Then my grandson got a chicken white meat burrito kids meal. He too wasn't impressed.
I like moes but this is just not the moes experience I know it to be. I went in 15 min before closing. I ordered a steak burrito. when the steak bits were scraped out the server only filed one scoop and the second scoop had only two bits . in addition I ordered a large queso. the queso was thin and had a watery consistency. which came along with cold old stale chips. where is that quality and freshness?very disappointing
