waited in drive thru line with only 4 cars in front of us for 17 minutes, got to window and was told to park with tyne other 4 cars and it will be another 10 to 12 minutes wait. i left. this is ridiculous.
Typically experience is okay from here. Nothing stands out as spectacular as far as employee attitudes and daily operations. Frequently the ice cream machine is broken (ok?). I own ice cream machines and personally went in and offered to fix it. There was obviously nothing wrong with it. I thought it would be interesting to call their bluff and it was interesting LOL.
Food was prepared well. I ate drive thru so I don't have much to say on how the staff were, except the lady who ran the drive thru was very kind.
The fries were old and cold...I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and got one cheeseburger and one double cheeseburger...my dog wouldn't even eat the burger. Waste of 12.xx, you should be ashamed of the quality. But, McDonald's is not known for a quality product.
Always great when I crave a double cheeseburger. I pop half the roll off to save carbs and it's an open faced quilty pleasure.
This place is clean and efficient. Isaiah was in charge and very nice. Food is ready in a jiffy. The whole staff was so nice and attentive. We will definitely be back!P.S. Somebody needs to give Isaiah a raise. He is an excellent representative for McDonald's.
McDonald's comes in handy sometimes. It's a nice warm place to take a pence on a cold November morning. I feel great again after that.
This how my food came after I order a plain bigmc and a 4a with Mayo and cheese .
If it weren't for the fries, the great, reasonably priced Iced Coffee & their $1 drinks, I'd never go back.Sadly, the majority of the time they're not very friendly or customer service oriented. They seem to run out of stuff often. Yesterday it was Diet Coke they were out of.And honestly, our order is wrong 8 out of 10 times. It's frustrating & now just plain annoying.I generally only go for a soda anymore. And even that they've gotten wrong already, unbelievably.The 2 stars is for the cheap drinks & the best fast food fries.
DONT EAT HERE my sister just quit because there’s roaches and the general manager wouldn’t do anything he just told them to clean up and they’ll go away so whatever u do DONT EAT HERE
