Used the drive thru and ordered a basic fish sandwich meal... the sandwich was sloppily slapped together & they did not provide a straw for the drink. The two stars are for the hot, fresh made fries. Not their finest moment.
This is my go to McDonals for late night munchies. I find that the food here is the best / freshest compared to other nearby locations. Generally, I have a great experience. At the drive through, during a busy time, a younger woman recognized me and complimented me on my smile. It made my entire month. A younger guy, who I believe is the manager, is also cool.Why did I take off one star, you may ask?? The experience I had tonight was certainly an experience :). The older lady at the drive through was RUDE. I politely asked for a water. She rolled her eyes at me, sighed, handed me the water. While I was saying thank you, before the words even left my underdeveloped vocal cords, she said nothing and slammed the drive thru window. I was so FLABBERGASTED by how rude she was that I laughed out loud because like, love ??? Breathe ??? It's a water ???? Her negative attitude and energy was so strong I could cut through it with an old plastic McKnife in the parking lot.Okay, I know work can be stressful sometimes. I've been there. It would be one thing if I was rude and deserved it, but I genuinely did nothing to deserve it. If she had a position like a cook, or any other one that did NOT deal with customers, she would probably be great. She is not made for customer service, though. I'll tell you that much.
The staff are nice/ok.The food is warm, and it is what is, fast food. On a order placed a few weeks ago I ordered a Mcdouble and I didn’t get it, I let it go didn’t even complain about it. Today I decide to grab McDonald’s because it’s on the route home order 2 mcdoubles and guess what I get 2 cheese burgers. How can you mess that up??? This is a 12 minute drive each way from home, so it’s not like I can walk in and say hey my order is wrong. Does it mean I have to check what’s in my bag, and also unwrap every single sandwich??? Please take a little more time to ensure everything in a order is correct. It seems like careless mistakes. I would refrain from coming here for a while.
Placed an order through the drive thru speaker wasnt working correctly never read back my order when I asked her to said it wasn't needed i paid only received two of the sandwiches no drinks got asked to wait in a parking spot which is no big deal things are slow with everything right now the agitation came when they brought the food out to us in the spot an they gave me 3 of the wrong sandwich no drinks I explained what I ordered they went in came out with the same 3 sandwiches no drinks I explained then they did it again an the lady looked to be laughing on the way in an then I finally got my food so I unfortunately think they were messing with customers an it's a disappointment to see
Ordered food here 3 times and every single time I have gotten home there was at least 1 item missing. I could understand it happening once, but 3 times in a row… come on.
I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich & a quarter pounder with cheese. What I ended up getting (& paying for) was a spicy crispy chicken Deluxe sandwich with lettuce and tomato (which I did not want) and my burger was so salty that I could not eat it. It tasted like a whole shaker of salt was dumped on it. Gagging, I threw it back in the bag. A total waste of $14!
Imagine if you DIDN’T serve undercooked burgers… But then again what do I expect coming from a McDonald’s. Constantly get undercooked burgers from this place.
Always so slow here. Fast food is suppose to be fast, right? Not like the old days, I waited well over 10 minutes for my order. Don't know about you, but when I ask for cheese on any burger I order I expect it to be melted!! It always looks like it was the last thing they added and it's never melted. I may as well bring a slice from home. Melt the damn cheese!!!!!
Sit down and grab a seat, just when I thought service at fast food was at an all time low it gets worst! Sunday evening I went through the drive thru, ordered a double quarter powder with cheese and bacon no onions on the sandwich, large with a dr.pepper meal, as well as a mcchicken plain add pickles and a large sweet tea. I paid at the first window, the time printed on my receipt was printed 6:45. At the second window I received my two drinks and was pulled into a parking spot on the side. 20 minutes later a employee brings out food, unfortunately this is for the car next to me(that just pulled there) so I politely asked the employee where my food was, she asked what I ordered so I told her. Another 10 minutes later a different employee comes out with my order, I asked him to wait while I checked the order. Opened the first item and it was wrong! So I said her please take this take the receipt and correct my order … another 5 minutes goes by he brings my order out and says I triple checked it and everything is right I even through in an extra apple pie for your problems. Silly me I figured by the third time they would get it correct, well I get home only to notice there were no fries and my sandwich still had onions on! So I called the restaurant and was told I could come in the next day and either get my order redone correctly or get a refund. So I figured I would go inside and give them another shot. Well walked inside waiting for one of the 15 employees there to ask me something to take an order or anything, But received nothing everyone was too busy talking to each other or checking their phones to care, what a joke this place is and these are the same employees that are demanding $15 an hour! Can say I won’t be going there anytime soon!
They often forget items in your order. You have to tell them a few times and check your order b4 you drive away. (As with any fast food place) if the menu says it comes with it, make sure you get it.
