I tried again to come back to this McDonald's and same results got a happy meal and some fries and 4 apple pies,And everything was going well till the apple pies,they tasted old and stale.I bot into one and that one was stale so i tried the other one and that one too was the same i checked for dates none of them had any fresh by dates.I threw them all away.It is really said to see this McDonald's which honestly is clean have food this poor.I did go to the drive thru and was to far in my ride to go back and complain about this but as far as my business back in this place ill pass and go somewhere else where they care.Thank you.
This McDonald's is on and off as far as consistency with service. Today I ordered 2 filet o fish and the buns were hard and the fish was dry. The last few times they messed up stuff on fairly simple orders. The place does get busy and the employees do work hard and provide excellent attitudes which goes a long way and is appreciated. Just a bit more consistency would make this a 5/5.
McDonald's was awesome plenty of space had oversized seating for larger people. this place was completely spotless the employees are very friendly and the people I chatted with their were nice as well they seem to be regulars and seem to be very happy about being at the McDonald's it does have a play place but I believe that it is closed due to the covid however it's probably the nicest McDonald's that I've been in for a long time have a good one at McDonald's.
I stop there twice a week for a happy meal for my grandson. I can bank on one of the two times the order will be incorrect where something is missing, wrong or a hair in the food. Time to go out of my way and try somewhere else. Sad when they can't even get a happy meal right. ?
$13.50 for 2 fries and 2 large coffees is ridiculous, just so They can pay an individual $15 an hour. Fries were not seasoned. Manager did not ask if we wanted cream, sugar or ketchup or salt. You want $15 an hour for lack of service or quality.
Rarely do I even go here because 8 out of 10 times something gets messed up my first time there this year and guess what I order a quarter pounder with cheese meal, a 20 piece chicken nugget, and a double cheeseburger $18.21 was the total as I wait in line for 10 minutes they finally have me pull into a waiting spot which are practically all full, after waiting another 10 minutes a female brings my food out I set it in the passenger seat and begin to leave upon arriving home I open the bag and what a surprise half my food is missing no burger and no FF how does this happen now naturally its my fault for not looking in the bag rite away but seriously well looks like I wont be going back maybe ill try again next year.
Go somewhere else! We sat at the drive through for 25 minutes today. First, waited forever to order. After ordering we were told to pull into a spot to wait. We waited and waited while cars ahead of us were served first. Then when our meal came we received the wrong drink and fries were literally thrown into my child’s happy meal, no sleeve just a handful thrown in. So we had to take more time to go into the counter. Ridiculous.
A good quick service restaurant! It's location is right next to the highway so it may give you trouble getting in depending on which way you're traveling, but the service is usually very fast! They get the orders correct and the staff is always friendly.
Drive thru experience horrible & manager did not deliver customer satifisfaction . I waited in the drive thru for 20 mins just to get to the front window and be told they aren’t taking debit cards . That should have been conveyed at the drive thru speaker , manager did nothing to resolve situation over a 2$ coffee . Today I had to wait in line again to be told at the front window they don’t have any change only exact change . Again something should be said at the speaker . The same exact manager did not thing about it . I def will be contacting corporate . For this to be a privately own Mc Donald’s they should be delivering a way better customer experience because this reflects on the owners
Burgers were cold , not fresh, 3 weeks in a row either milkshake machine is down ,Thursday no chocolate flavor when it was finally available. It wasn't a slow time drive thru had 5 cars waiting on both bays. Shining star was the greeting at pick up window thanking and have a great evening. She made my day. Thank you to her and appreciated.
