Ordered, thru the app for 4 people...arrived on site and notified them I arrived...still was sitting there waiting 20 mins later....I finally called the store they said we will be right out... 5 more minutes past they finally came out we left... Got home and we were missing a sandwich... My son had to go back out and they only gave him the missing sandwich.... After the person on the phone said we can make it up for you just tell us what you need... They didn't even have the common courtesy to caught me anything the first time didn't expect anything this time... The best part it was didn't even seen those that busy.... I could have gone to a different McDonald's in my location and got home faster... Poor work ethic lack of respect for customers... Manager couldn't even come out himself and apologize.

It's okay on your way outta town.Know a few people there that keep it flowing in drive thrus.Not a fan as I used to for it but great for the kids,and older folk that remember the taste of it.I like the way the quarter pounder if anything.Nothing better than having a thicker burger.But as always,don't ask for ice cream.Its been years since they been using them.Legend has it the machines cost so much before they use them,but also hard to clean.Theres like a process beyond an easy cleanup I wouldn't understand,but it seems to be that way in many stores.
What is wrong with you guys? First charge me from uber eats a bacon quarter pounder without bacon... and NOW I get the order WITHOUT THE BURGER! Y'all need new people! Smh

I ordered and Big Mc with a crispy chicken sandwich with a large ? fries with no salt.It's been a long time since i had a Big Mc. The Big Mc was very good as well as the hot fries.
The French fries were cold and hard after a three minute drive home with my food. I guess I need to eat them immediately. The chicken nuggets were good. This McDonald’s is usually about average when considering food, price, and customer service.
I use to love this McDonald's but I have been seeing too many mistakes lately. My last two orders were wrong. We went back and they tried to make it right but still have me the wrong sandwich this last time.
Went through the drive thru, they asked us to pull up and they would bring our food out to us. Then sat there 15 min before they brought us the correct order
Not to great with consistency. Otherwise ok.
