9th and Spring is my local McDonalds cafe. They are usually very good as far as service, accuracy and speed. But today...not so much.Still my favorite but I'm disappointed about something else. They brought back the steak, egg and cheese bagel. One of my all time favorite breakfast sandwiches, but the steak was not the same. No onions and not as flavorful as before. ?
Never get order correct. Always check your bag before leaving the pick up window because all of the high school kids workup there act like they don't know enough to be able to work the all alone.. and check to make sure your food isn't hard or cold because usually if it isn't one, it's the other.
This McDonald's is just so bad. Everything from the fries being absolutely disgusting and half the time tasting like a greasy hashbrown (not to mention always cold or rock hard), to the service being horrendous!!
Worse customer service I experienced ever. I waited for more than 10 minutes to place my order and I was the only one at the cash register .
Went thru drive thru and the waited like 3 minutes before my order was taken even had to say Hello to the speaker and they still didn’t say nothing so I just waited then the girl sounded like she didn’t like her job on the speaker no kind of smile in her voice
The service was great, and so was the food but most importantly I left my debit card on the table so I called to ask if it was there. They looked and unfortunately if wasn’t but a few minor later they called me back and told me they found it!! Thank you Maria for being honest and trustworthy!! You need a raise!!

Usually I don't have a problem with this store.. But now the past year.. My order is never what I ask for.. I just ordered a meal with no onions extra pickles and extra cheese.. they put a extra onions and no pickles.. I'm so disappointed.. I really no longer want to order from Mcdonalds any more.. I spend money to get what I want.. and I still don't get it..
