Usually everything in consistently good however, this evening the hot and sour soup was horrible as if someone who never made it before was giving it a try.

I had a roach in my lo mein , took a photo of it on a paper towel and brought it back . They refused to give my money back at first but eventually did .I know someone else who found a roach too !Awful !!!
