I order alot from here can't complain about the food it's delicious, but what I do have a problem with is how some answer the phone and make you repeat your order 2 or 3 times and still get it wrong had this happen to me 2 or 3 times and where are the manners when someone says thank you you don't even get a your welcome ,there is one nice girl that will answer the phone and say your welcome she is very sweet they should make all the people who answer have manners or not answer the phone at all manners go along way
Even the new employee that's answering the phone doesn't know how to take an order. I shouldn't have to repeat myself several times to place an order. I called for pickup, but apparently that went through on ear and out the other once the female started to ask me my address. After the chaotic confusion, I'll place my order somewhere else where the comprehend perfect english.
Called to place a delivery order and the employee had no type of customer service over the phone told me they didn’t have cinnamon stick I ask her if she’s sure she says yes then 2 minutes later tells me they do have it I ask for extra cucumber sauce for my gyro she says ok but some thing in my head tells me she never put it down so I call back and speak with manager then the manager said ok she never put it down then I get charged for the sauce which is fine food gets here and there’s no sauce that I paid for this is the 4th time they forgot my sauce for this sandwich and every time I specify extra sauce due to the fact that I know they don’t pay attention and don’t listen employees that answer the phones should know the menu inside and out not guessing cause that only makes them look bad

I had placed an online order on a Friday night for delivery. The estimated time I was given was 45 minutes however, I expected in would be longer given that it was a Friday night. When it had been an hour and 45 minutes I called to confirm that the order had been received. I was told that it was on the way but it had been another hour with no delivery. Called again and talked to the manager. He talked over me and refused to let me speak. blamed for the food not being delivered and was just a down right nasty person. The quality of the food is not worth to poor customer service.
We order from here alot, and a few times our food was really bad! The 1 time we ordered a Stromboli and it was undercooked and raw in the middle, I did contact someone by email they said they would refund us but never did. Whoever the cook is should take some cooking lessons, we could of gotten food poisoning! The only thing we order from there now is just plain old pizza or a salad ? ? nothing else! BEWARE of what you order from here!
We like Mama's, but during my last visit I ordered a small grill chicken salad and was sooo disappointed. $8. for a tiny bowl salad and the gave me a kid plastic fork. You know the one that comes in a clear wrapper with a knife, small envelope of salt and pepper and a baby napkin not suitable to wipe anything. Ufff!!! Please Mama's, If you spike your prices please splurge for better disposable utensils. ??
pizza was a mess when I got it. called to tell them seemed like they didn't care asked me if I wanted a new one they sent a new one, but that wasn't even done right will not be going here again pay 20 for a large and get crap.
My food was absolutely the worst that I ever had at mama's. I honestly couldn't believe it, but please take my word on it. I'm not a complainer. I'm just a 55 year old man that loves cheese steak's and I was never ever disappointed at mama's I don't know if I can ever eat there again it was that bad. See I'm on disability because I got sick a few years ago I can't eat out a lot a matter a fact the last 6 months or so mama's is the only place I did eat out at. You guy's have no idea how much I looked forward to coming there.
Please, this is not a “healthy place” very good carbs lol! Ordered the penne Alfredo and was not disappointed!!! Good food, great staff! Worth the price and just family oriented!
