Hostess escorted group to table, we waited patiently for more than 10 minutes until we had to go back to hostess wondering where is server. Finally she arrived and we were prepared place order. 2 people at table ordered steak well done and the steaks came out burt to a crisp. Returned food manager expressed his apologies and compensated 20% off bill. My steak was cooked to perfect MW temperature. Overall it was a bad experience.
Very good and the food took little longer but it was very full the restaurant. The server could had been a little more detail oriented but overall good.
Let's face it. There's always a wait at our local steakhouses. This place is worth the wait! Our waiter was top-notch and the food was even more impressive. With rare steaks actually coming to the table truly rare, and the bottomless drinks never remaining empty long enough to be missed. My family will be back! OH! Don't deny yourself the Hot Lava Chocolate Cake. It's awesomeness on a plate.
We just ordered takeout, it was absolutely the best! The Crusted Parmesan Chicken with salads, baked potato and broccoli was amazing! Great service, hot and great presentation, even after the travel to eat it at home! This was our first time and we will be back!
Had dinner with my husband for my birthday. Everything was delicious. Our waitresses Liz was great too. No waiting we got seated right away. YUM!!
We were there at peak dinner service. Wait was lengthy due to being short staffed. Food was great! Service was awesome!
This was the worst meal I have ever eaten. Service was good waitress was nice. Food was horribly over seasoned. The steak was like a salt lick and there was so much pepper I had to scrap it off. Didn't finish my meal. Very distressing. Probably will never return or ever recommend this place to anyone.
This is hands down one of the best locations to go go, we never have a bad experience! Went again last night for a little date with my husband and the food was delicious, service was fantastic as usual, and Saïdel, the manager, is really a great guy. He really does take care of his customers, he’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back! Thank you guys for another good night ?
So love longhorn but 2 filet mignon so over seasoned burned the tongue. One so undercooked and sad piece of meat. Only good thing was salad and great waitress.
