Ordered a 12 piece extra crispy bucket with mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits.Everything tastes BAD. Like chemicals. Even the coleslaw. I think the only thing that tasted normal was the biscuits. Threw everything away. Never going there again. * Plus the time before this we got the whole way home to discover there was no gravy included with our potatoes.
Went there and ordered a 16 piece meal. Asked for some honey mustard! They had a nerve to only put 2 honey mustard in the bag. Like really,I come to far to turn around. If I was closer I would’ve turned around. I can’t give them nothing but a 1. And I won’t be returning there ever again!!

I placed a mobile order at 617 pm and arrived to pick it up around 630 pm. The app said to go inside to pick up my order. I got my son out of the car and we went up to the doors and they were locked. I got my son back in the car and went to the speaker to tell them I was there to pick up my order. I was told they could not give me extra crispy chicken for my whole 16 piece order because they close in a half hour. Then I went to the window and was told that they could not give me biscuits so do I want cookies or another side instead. I told the women at the window that I would like my order canceled since they cannot give me the items I ordered. She closed the window and then opened it back up and said she can’t do that I need to do it through the app.I said ok how do I do that and she already had the window closed. I was staring at the window saying how do I cancel my order through the app. She did not open back up the window. At this point I am not very happy. I could not find anywhere in the app to cancel the order. I tried the virtual assistant but that was not helpful. I was not leaving the drive thru until my $41 and change was refunded. Luckily they have good customer service when you call their phone number. The man on the phone was very helpful in canceling the order. As he was doing that the women finally opened back up the window and asked if I need something. I told her no because I am on with customer services getting my order cancelled and I am not leaving the drive thru until my money is refunded. She closed the window and she and her coworkers (including one that looked like they were the supervisor) apparently thought this was funny because they were laughing hysterically . Absolutely horrible customer service (except the person on the phone). I will not return to the KFC in Exeter, PA. I placed my order again with the KFC in Shillington, PA and their customer service was excellent. My order was ready when I got there and no issues.
Horrible customer service in Exeter, PA. Drive the extra 15 minutes and go to the KFC in Shillington! I placed a mobile order to be told they could not complete it as ordered because they close in 30 minutes. Then they did not help me to get my order canceled. I had to call the customer service number and they helped me. I then placed my order for the KFC in Shillington-no issues!
As of September 3rd 2021 this KFC in Exeter pa off perkiomen ave confirmed 3 cases of covid and the owner won't shut it down for cleaning STAY from this covid hot spot
A+ to the manager. She went over and above to correct our order. Seemed like she brought a feast to our table to compensate for the mistake. Even had to take a little home with us. I was sorry I didn't catch her name, but thank you for being so gracious. We certainly appreciated it. By the way, you serve some of the best cole slaw around!
Great price if your on a budget. You get fresh chicken and a whole meal for just $5. It's an awesome price you can't beat.
