Fried chicken is not a fast food. You can make it one if you’re doing enough volume that you can have a lot hot and ready all of the time, but this location doesn’t do that level of business, and as a result, this is not a drive-through that you can pass through in less than 10-15 minutes in non-peak times. Add to that their apparent post Covid staffing difficulties, the fact that they have not figured how to make this location work smoothly for drive-through-only business, and the fact that the staff they do have is distracted (the gentleman that serves me had an ear bud in his ear and seemed to not be focusing well on whatever was in that versus what he was supposed to be attending to) and stressed (likely from over-work from being short staffed) and the result is a store it’s hard to recommend. KFC makes some of the best fried chicken, and this location is as good as any other for food quality. But they really need to figure out how to make the ordering go more smoothly or a lot of folks are going to come away dissatisfied.
I got one wing and one thigh. The wing was definitely not worth over $1.60 it was small crumbly dried up trash. The thigh was good I mean it was as it should be I think it cost $1.89 Approximately I can just say that I don’t go there very frequently and I don’t know if I’ll ever go again yeah I’ll probably go there again but I’ll stick to the thighs because everything else is dry and old and cold. Seriously they should not even be in business I do understand the times that we are living in but if you can’t keep your pieces of chicken warm instead of cooking a whole bunch and letting it get cold and tough and this for a little chicken wing I mean there was zero meat on it and I paid $1.60 for it and there was zero meat on it and it was cold and tough so but then my chicken thigh I was good. Pathetic I was Hungry enough to waste my money because normally KFC is a treat well it used to be
Just order a hot lunch on my way home for my kids who are home from school- thought cool nice treat for lunch almost $60 later for some of the nastiest food I have ever seen. 16 piece tender mean. Chicken very rubbery and dry. Corn looks like it was made yesterday and re heated. Mashed and gray are like water. And no biscuits- they were out and gave me cookies instead ( told this after I paid ) only semi ok thing was Cole slaw.Called the store nobody answers the phone. Whom ever owns this franchise! SHUT IT DOWN. I understand workers and covid but holy heck. You can’t serve people food like this and think it’s ok .
Just ordered an on the go $55 hot lunch for my kids and this is the worst choice or excuse of a KFC - mashed and gravy like water , Corn looks as if it was cook yesterday! Tenders are rubbery at best. Only thing that wasn’t bad was Cole slaw and not biscuits in order sub with chocolate cookies.
Haven't had chicken in 6 years so I was looking forward to enjoying the beyond nuggets. Grew up with KFC. Very disappointed with lack of taste and price. Lots of room for improvement.
I wish I can give 0 the worse place ever to eat . You order something and they give u the wrong thing . And u see on the fries that the oil they used is so old Bcus the fries come out super dark and oily. I spend 30 dollars that I throw to the garbage. Ughhh kfc of Lancaster pike u have to do something about it .
If I could give it less stars I would. Had problems in the past, but figured we would give it another try.We went tonight at 6PM, not 10PM ...SIX(you know, dinner time.)First: There is 0 chance they will ever have Pot Pie available at this store.Also we have two kids and order an 8pc All Dark (which we gladly pay additional for.) The response we got was we can't do that AT THIS TIME of night, because then we would only have Breats and Wings, I can't do that!So I was forced to order multiple 2pc leg/thigh meals which they had no problem doing, even asked if I wanted the 3 pc leg and thigh meal because I ordered an extra side of Mac and Cheese.I asked for a Pot Pie, the answer was, we don't have them right now (they never do) go ahead test it out, this store will not actually sell Pot Pies.Let me remind you it's 6PMI ordered a 3 piece chicken strip meal for my daughter....answer we don't have a 3 piece, I said no 3 piece, it on the menu? No we don't have any made tonight. (It was not busy)The current Manager or whoever was in charge tonight should not be working at this store, and if the franchise owner does not care about his restaurant then KFC should step in because this restaurant is and always has been a complete joke.This is not an employee shortage or a product shortage. This is a complete lack of any interest in this franchise by both the owner and his staff!
Very disappointed. First I had to wait forever for them to take my order and it wasn’t busy at all . I ordered 4 pieces combo originally recipe and they gave me two xtra crispy very small and it was old pieces and They charge for 4 . Never again ???
Don’t plan on going to this location anytime past 8PM waiting in the drivethru to order all I heard was workers fooling around after 5 minutes of waiting a worker hangs his body out the window and screams to me saying we are closed maybe the hours on google and Apple Maps need to be changed to reflect that if I was the owner of this establishment I would be so ashamed of this location
Ordered online when I got there to pick it up ☺️ girl was ruded order wasn't right ask for no ice in my drink and one order it was suppose to be mashed potatoes not fries this chick went back there to look at my order telling me I need to put that in when I order I told her fine got my trash and left people don't realize without us they wouldn't have a job I guess I paid for her to disrespect me ? no customer was in the store how hard is it not to put ice 8n a cup and potatoes instead of fries. What happened to customer service I will never go back if you don't like your job fine another one you can't work anywhere and treat people like that sometimes I don't want to go to work but I don't take it out on my patients and co-workers when I step in the building I leave everything outside of the door you represent your employer on and off the clock if you have on anything with their logo on it.
