The food here is greatttt,love the variety, every time I go here I order something different and I am never disappointed, great customer service.. nice people, clean, good vibes,awesome ambiance.It is the perfect place for everything,If you want to have a nice dinner this is the place for you,If you want to have a nice drink,this is the place for you,If you want to play pool with friends this is the place for you… This is a restaurant in the front area and billiards area in the back when they have all their events,stage,DJ,Bar.Karaoke night all weekend in the front area/restaurant and dj in the back.. highly recommended…restaurant area with family,back area for date and friends. THUMBS UP. Was just here 2 days ago and had the most fun I have ever had in a very long time with friends and husband at a great price.My check was way less than what I expected which made everything even better haha.Este lugar es excelente para comer,beber,disfrutar en familia,con amigos o pareja…restaurante al frente,billar,barra,tarima,eventos,pista de baile atras.La comida buenisma,todo muy rico.100% recomendado..las meseras super nice.
Okay so my boyfriend who is african american came in today to order food and the employeess literally got mad because his pants were sagged and tiny bit which is per usual for street wear but not in an inapropriate way and they literally walked up to him nd told him to pull his pants up and proceeded to jump him because he was african american this place is very racist and disgusting people who work here and it needs to be shut down asap and i will do everything in my power to make sure thats happens police will be involved as wel because this was pure racism my boyfriend was is not in any way immature or disrespectful and nor a rowdy person so there is no excuse for this one

Rude staff. Slow Service. Un-organized.I ordered rice and beans with boneless chicken for Pickup at the restaurant.the lady said it would take 30 minutes for my food to be ready, Once I am there, She tells me she doesn't know who took my order and I have to wait...It took 10 mins for them to find the server, then she tells me to wait some more!After 20 mins of waiting I ask her again about my food, She then rudely tells me with a nasty attitude that the restaurant is busy and I need to wait.Mind you, A lady ordered a Mofongo, got her order and left while I was still there waiting for 1 hour for her to tell me that they are going to start making the order. SHE FORGOT MY ORDER and catches an attitude with me.I will take my money somewhere else. I used to order every week and sometimes they would be very late and food would be cold! and it would not be an issue. But when you get disrespectful you lose more than a customer, you lose reputation and recommendations.A busy kitchen is understood, But I wont step anywhere where I get my food with attitude.
Horrible service and management!! The pictures speak for itself. Old stale salad and watery. Regarding the food all the mayo ketchup seeped inside the food, destroy the bag and made a mess inside.

Slow service. Don't expect to get your order as ordered. Owner likes to skim money from employees and security subcontractors. Overall a shady business, but the rest of the staff do their best with what they have. Surprised it is still open.
