Ordered food on app for pick up. Food not ready when i arrived hadn't even pulled it from computer. Waited 10 min order still sitting there. Asked for a refund. Just very disappointed on how unprofessionally this was handled by the staff. One employee finding humor in that i was aggravated. Everytime i go to this store there is a problem. Born in Pt Pleasant NJ this store is poor representation of what Jersey Mikes is.
WOW stopped coming here due to the lack of meat on a giant sandwich. Tried again, 5 pieces of ham and 6 pieces of Italian ham, perfectly stretched out to cover the roll. Mind you this is a Giant #2. $14.95 we are done with you. We used to go to one in Florida and they put at least 16 pieces of meat. We came so often we were getting a free sub at least once a month. Also ordered the cheese steak giant. Shameful, if you want to sell 2 sandwiches for $35.00 better add some meat. Bye bye
Very rude and unprofessional staff. This place along many other places around the area are being run to the ground, they used to be good but the staff members look miserable and act like you’re a burden for simply being a customer . 0/5 for the place in general, the food used to be good but the experience ruins it.
There were 5 people working and 1 person paying for his order yet it took around 15 minutes for them to make my sandwich. Customer service is lacking. Long personal conversations could have happened after I left. No one else was in line. Highly irritated.
Staff was friendly, charming, and related to us on a personal level, as well as making some killer sandwiches. You really can't ask for more than that when dining out. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely return!

Went in for sandwiches to go. Staff seemed more interested in talking with each other rather than taking care of costumers. We ordered our two sandwiches and the person wrote them down and proceeded to make them when he realized he was making two of the same sandwich and we ordered two different ones. The thing that bothered me most was the uncleaned cutting board that he made our sandwiches on. It had vinegar on from a previous sandwich. It looked unclean for creating a new sandwich. Another thing that really bothered me was the person making the next order could not wait until our second sandwich was wrapped and set it on the plain counter with I paper underneath. Purely unsanitary. Although the sandwiches were good, one was clearly not made correctly because it was missing meat listed on the menu. We probably will not return. I think the staff needs to be reminded about cleaning work space.
Love love love that they have gluten free subs and they taste like normal bread!!! Heaven in a sub
For a chain, their sandwiches are excellent. I really like the Italian with rosemary bread. Definitely worth stopping in. You can order online too.
Best Italian sandwiches and California cheesesteak. A++++ Pricey but better quality sandwiches then subway and any other sandwich shop.
