Server was nervous but did a great job.. very courteous and well mannered .. i think he deserves a raise
I don’t usually do this, but im utterly traumatized by what just happened with my first ever order from friendly’s. I ordered through doordash and received my food grilled cheese, soup and mozzarella sticks. I ate one half of the sandwich, and upon picking up the other, found a MASSIVE INSECT LITERALLY CRUSHED AND COOKED INTO THE BREAD. I immediately felt sick and have been vomiting for the last 45 minutes. I’m telling myself it’s a cricket and not a roach because I can’t handle the idea of it being a roach… I have an eating disorder and already suffer a great deal of anxiety surrounding food… I’m going to be nauseated for days after this. Horrible. Just horrible.
I just moved here from Texas, where I used to go to cracker barrel. This place is much better than the barrel by far. The portions were huge, delicious, and crazy cheap. I'm definitely coming back to get their lunch menu.
I ordered my food through a delivery service which was fine. My order was missing french fries, ordered coke received diet coke but the worst part is the coleslaw was rancid. Never again.
The staff was awesome. My bf is from PA and we visited there from OhioWhy he did not tell me there was one where we were visiting is beyond unforgivable. I saw it and through a fitfest to go that be screeched his tires and did a uturn bec of my excitement. I felt like a complete ars because I forgot to put the tip on the take-out receipt. The manager said don't worry about it, I'm the manager and your happiness is enough. PUT THESE BACK IN COLUMBUS OHIO PLEEEEEAAAAASE
Got take out. Friendly staff. Good food but Prices went up so I don’t know how people can afford it. I would recommend splitting food. Also, I could not see the full menu on line
are u serious lol. for one i order 4 chicken tenders and i get three & then i ordered loaded fries and this is what i get, not even enough cheese… i ordered extra for a reason. it should have came loaded and i should have been able to add more cheese..wyo would never.update: look at the kids sundae..u cannot be serious..

Went to this location with our daughter and it was excellent. Waitress was extremely nice and friendly. Everyone here did a great job, would highly recommend this location
Wonderful experience having a work lunch! They have some gluten free options and work with you to ensure your meal is GF if needed. They also have delicious sundays!!
