It was my first time there and it was close to an appointment I had. I had Steak and cheese and they did not get on the meat at all and the ingredients were fresh. Great prices on most things But I did not get fries because they would give a whole huge portion for four dollars. I would have loved to have tried them and had a half of an order but I didn’t ask. The reason I get four stars instead of five because the outdoor tables were not clean and I’m not sure if the inside tables were clean. But I did appreciate the employees wearing gloves when touching food.They definitely need some sort of reasonable dress code I know it’s a pizza sandwich shop and I’m not suggesting they have uniforms. I know you never judge a book by its cover but I would not be able to take other people in there for lunch because of the way people there and look. However I did see that everyone is welcome and people from complete opposite’s came in for food. So it must be as good as mine was!I just think the when people are on the clock they are Expected to look the part. And then what they do on their own time does not affect the business the way used to.

Ordered from here tonight. And I've gotta say they have the best cheese steak with hot peppers in oil EVER! There's just something about the roll. the portions are huge, and I've never had a bad experience there!!

My wife found Frank’s Pizza through an online neighborhood group. We decided to give Frank’s a try tonight. Our experience started out very well with excellent customer service. A young man answered my call. He was very professional and pleasant. Apparently, my call was “breaking up”. With my “interesting” phone connection, the young man was extremely patient, answered my questions, and took my order. When we reached Frank’s, our 2 sandwiches were ready to go. My wife had their California Cheesesteak and I had a Frank’s Special Hoagie. Our sandwiches disappeared quickly. WE WILL BE BACK FOR MORE! Thank you to Frank’s Pizza!
