Lg iced caramel coffee on hot day is absolutely delicious!
This place doesn't seem to serve bacon and doesn't mention it? Mobile ordered food twice over the last two weeks and both times the sandwich or toast I got that was supposed to have bacon didn't have any. Each time was during the week and around 6 in the morning. The drinks I got with my orders have been fine, but bacon comes with an up charge of almost a dollar on toasts. If you're making a stop here I'd recommend just sticking with drinks.
Went in to order and NO customer service! Then when I asked to order, the cash register doesn't work. Wait, what?!Terrible service.I knew the service was terrible from prior interactions, but I really wanted coffee and it was a last resort.Ugh... Next time gotta go to Wawa?

Not surprised that this Dunkin’ Donuts has some of the worst reviews I’ve ever seen, I went inside to order a coffee and the lady comes my way didn’t even look at me and said unfortunately we’re only doing drive-through in a miserable tone. Didn’t even make eye contact with me, why would you only be doing drive-through only, go to Starbucks…
5 employees and it took so long to get 4 wraps. It was clear most of them weren’t working and the wraps weren’t even done right, everything was a mess and the bacon was raw
Just ordered through the mobile app and this is what I got! Milk and sugar and whipped cream! No coffee. No ice! I’ve NEVER ever had an issue with Dunkin until today! Very disappointed! Teach your staff how to make the drinks properly! Or hire new staff! Just wasted money for a cup of milk and whipped cream! DO BETTER Dunkin! I will NEVER order from this Dunkin again!
Got a Donut for my Grandson and No Napkin. It's important to give out those things I should not have to ask but other wise I have not had a problem here.
The worst Dunkin I've ever been too.. the staff sucks! And I'm sure they're mostly school age children HOWEVER when you work customer service you should, at the VERY MINIMUM be sort of polite..First time I went there they weren't serving food . Weird but ok.. second time I went there, now two months later, they're STILL not serving food.. again WEIRD but ok.. so I ordered drinks.. and sat at the window for about 5 minutes while my drinks sat on a cart everyone I could see standing around was looking at me like I was stupid..... then when the little girl finally gave me my drinks she had the biggest attitude like I was inconveniencing her day.. I had to check MYSELF before saying something rude.. because I'm an adult, you know treat them how I want someone to treat my kids.. but man. It was hard.. I'll never go back, which bigger picture probably doesn't matter.. but based on the one star rating someone needs to go in there and fix things.. because one day they might not get a rational adult.. they may get a crazy who will react on their reactions and how they treat the customers.
Some little girl who was hispanic with glasses and a big bun said “bye hoe” after i said never mind to my order because she was rude when saying she couldn’t hear me. the workers at this place are always rude and it’s not worth going here.
