Waited 15 no one came out decided to go food shopping came back and still no one to be found. Even called the store number 5 times no one around. Walked to the bathroom to see if the worker was in there no one in the bathroom on my way back I noticed a girl tht works for Dunkin walking towards the bathroom I stopped her and asked her don’t you work at DD she said yes but someone else is there I’m going to the bathroom right now. Came back to the counter to no one there. I’m currently writing this while waiting for a worker to show up. It is now 3:15
Frequently no one at counter, ring bell, still wait and wait. Mostly because just one employee, but that doesn't excuse it all away. This is the one inside WALMART, the one across street by Wendys has always had better service, though obviously busier.
One of the only branches that consistently gets your order correct. There is a very conscientious young man in here. I hope he stays!
Spell out orders or they WILL mess it up. Dunkin, retain your workers.... Pay them enough to deal with fast food and able to take proper orders.
My mom and I went to get bagels and coffee over at the Exeter Dunkin’ Donuts in Walmart and the bagels were NOT fresh they looked messy, hardly had any cream cheese and didn’t taste the greatest.
Visited about four, it was not full. Service treated us so kindly. The bill was average for the menu.
I will not return to this location. It wasn’t a busy time of day when we visited. The employee was in the back room. We waited, and he did not come out. We needed to call out several times. When he approached the register, we were not greeted. It seemed as though we were more of an annoyance. The employee was not wearing his mask. (A sign outside indicates all employees are to be wearing masks). I asked the gentleman to please wear his mask. He proceeded to pull out his mask
Believe it or not, I'd rather get out of my car and walk into Walmart to get my coffee than go to the one on Perkiomen by the Wendy's. The workers that work here are friendly and have never screwed my order up.
They never have anything/never stocked and the coffee is very watery and disgusting taste more like water than coffee and the staff are rude??♀️
This is my favorite coffee restaurant.
