This Dunkin has been hit or miss lately, likely due to a lot of turnover. Sometimes sandwiches are ok sometimes burnt. Coffee is usually always good, but who gets rid of a staple flavor like hazelnut?
First off I been getting A large hazelnut swirl ice latte for 6 years twice a day. At this location I pay $5.61 the most pay anywhere. I dread coming to this location the workers have the most horrible attitude and for some reason can never get my large ice latte drink right. When I let them know it wanst made right they always have attitude. Last week I tried to use my free drink the guy at the window scanned my phone then told me I didn’t have a free drink. I refreshed the app and told him yea I do it’s still showing. He told me no I didn’t otherwise it would have taken it as a free drink. To not complicate things further I paid for it with cash. He basically didn’t want me to use my free drink in the app. I came back two days later to the manager giving me attitude telling me the same thing even tho I showed her receipts of me using tht free drink elsewhere letting them know there was a free drink. Well today I come back bc the DD I go to didn’t have the beans for my latte. The lady in the store tht wears heavy eye makeup looked at me with a nasty look like what do you want. She didn’t even greet me when I walked in. When I explain to her I was just in the Drive thru my drink wanst made right. She asked me what did I want her to do. Smh I should have left and asked for a refund but I told her what I wanted and the picture below is how she gave it to me. They need to train their employees to first and foremost greet and leave the attitude at home. Everyone I encountered at this location has attitudes. If they would stop rushing when taken orders you won’t have customers coming back.
My coffee is never correct, food is always cold, and as someone who works at another fast food company, the workers are very immature. I went into the lobby today and one employee said “there’s a customer at the counter” and the other responded loudly by saying “I really don’t care”.Update: I ordered plain mini bagels and my receipt read plain on it, but I received everything mini bagels. I didn’t realize until I got home. I called them three times and they wouldn’t answer. Kept going to voicemail and saying the voicemail box was full. It was a Thursday at 5pm. They aren’t busy that late at night. They just don’t care.
The worst. My coffee was cold and doughnuts were hard. And service was slow. Don't waste you money. I will be making my own coffee at home from now on.
I bought a dozen doughnuts. My favorite is the cream filled. I don't know what kind of doughnut I bit into, but it was gross!. It wasn't cream filled. It was some kind of tasteless weird pudding. Didn't look like pudding either. More gelatin and no taste. I didn't ask for that doughnut. Don't even know what that is. If they are getting creative bc they dont have ingredients to make it, dont make it. GROSS.
I ordered a hot macchiato and they gave me someone’s old, cold, half drank coffee. Which was disgusting. Sandwiches are consistently burnt. They almost always get your order wrong and take way too long. I’m not taking my coffee back as this definitely seems like the crew to tamper with your food. Someone really needs to step in here
person who took my order was very sarcastic. I ordered 4 different donuts. crueller, vanilla sprinkles, Boston cream and jelly. he gave me 2 cruellers and 2 vanilla cream. I also had a coupon for a free coffee, when I looked at my receipt (which I had to drive all the way back for), he had charged me for it. very unprofessional, very inaccurate, and very disappointed. never going there again...
Went with my mom and her service dog (which they allowed and were chill about)The coffee I got was amazing but my mom order a cappuccino and was basically served hot milk (didn't take it back because we were to far when she drank it) but it was good 8/10
Terrible staff, such a cold-hearted crew and didn't have anything on the menu. If this place wasn't a Dunkin it would've been out of business years ago
We were there at 5:47AM - my daughter was getting married that day and we weren't sure if she already placed an order for a Big Box of Joe. The cashier was rude from jumpstreet, Kayla was her name. She was rude, impolite and just not friendly at all ... after we received our order, right as we were walking out the door her an another employee made a snarky comment, couldn't hear it, and then laughed like high school kids. Not sure what it was all about but if you want friendly people this is not the place for it.
