This Dunkin donuts ain't even a Dunkin donuts. Someone bought the building but is still has the sign up for Dunkin smh
This dunkin' seems to out of almost everything all the time. Last time there was no food stuff to order and someone was at the drive through window, not in a car, for 15 minutes. They just kept stepping to the side after awhile and allowing a single car to pick up their order.They are frequently out of most of the dough nuts I've tried to order (Boston cream, glazed, chocolate glazed, cruller, jelly, cream filled to name the ones I've asked for). Today they were out of medium iced cups but did have the Irish cream coffee, that was made fine.The service is pretty aggressive with short answers. You get the feeling no one wants to work there. I can imagine they get complaints and that probably isn't fun to handle on a regular basis.I would generally avoid this dunkin' and drive a little farther to the next one. The entrance/ exit is also not made for the average car not to bottom out unless going really slow.The coffee tasted good and the prices are normal.Nuff said.
Worst DD ever!I just made a $20 order at 5:20pm got there at 5:30 pm and they told me that they were closing and couldn’t make my order. Mind you their closing time was 6pm. They always have an attitude, if you don’t like your job go and find something else.
I was very disappointed this morning. I ordered donuts and hot chocolate, the only thing right was the hot chocolate. The entire order of donuts was wrong. Highly upset.
Manager has poor customer service and obviously isn’t made to be manager because of all the unprofessional work, every time I came here the lady would always be screaming and always has an attitude when at the window.
What a horrible experience!!! The manager girl was extremely rude! She slams down the coffees on the drive through counter and says; "I can't take it anymore." And then shoves the coffees and bag of food at me, and says; come on take it already... This is a very poor reflection on the owner of the Dunkin Donuts francise! There is absolutely no standards what-so-ever!Someone from corporate should be notified of this problemb here in Mt Penn, Oa.
Worse Dunkin’ I have been in or ordered from…coffee was not made properly… ordered hashbrowns they were cold went back inside to have them remake it gave it back to me frozen. Girls inside while talking about how much they hate the job and the girl who took back the hash browns said she hated when people walked inside asking for things… will not be returning

Employees seem disoriented or not properly trained. I've gotten better Cappachino at stores that the machines make it. Egg sandwich and French cruller were OK.
I get my caramel latte and it's so good!
