I will definitely NEVER come again to this Dunkin, by far the worst I have ever been to. I ordered a medium regular coffee with one cream and one sugar. The employee who took the order was treating me like I was bothering him just for simply ordering. Then, when I tried the coffee, it didn´t have sugar. I asked him for one extra sugar, and he told that I cannot order that because I had already paid. I told him that I would pay for the extra sugar right in that moment. He charged me $1!!!! Unbelievable! When I tried the coffee again, I realized that instead of sugar he had added an extra cream.I only hope that his boss read this review and take action regarding the employee´s disrespectful and unacceptable behavior.
your website says you’re open until 4 pm. I pulled up at 3:50 and the girl at the window was very rude. extremely rude. She told me they were closed i told her the website says 4, i have 10 minutes to order a drink that takes 45 seconds to make. She could have been nice, and explained kindly. but she rolled her eyes brushed me off and told me “closed! closed! closed!” and waved me off. i work in customer service i know what it’s like, but there is no need to be this unfriendly. :(i’ve had many problems with this dunkin that i tend to overlook, as i used to manage a dunkin, and as i said i understand the struggle. Do better.
Thank you to the good looking guy in the black Z71 that not only let me order through the drive thru with him (insides closed and we’re hauling equipment) but paid for my order as well. Should have got your number thanks again.
They NEVER have their drinks on point. I’ve never been to a dunkin that always makes their drinks wrong and always taste bitter, the attitude I get from the miserable workers on top of that is not it!!
Very poor customer service. They are randomly closed some days. Drinks are inconsistent, one day super sweet, the next day bland…
I love coming to this Dunkin, the barista is always friendly and pleasant and they never mess up my order
My husband loves the chicken quesadillas and I enjoy the supreme crunchy tacos.Staff are friendly, polite. The area is kept neatly.
I placed an order online & pulled up to pick it up. I waited in a line for 20 minutes before getting to the com where the lady told me they’re already closed. Huge waste of my time, especially considering they’re supposed to be open until 3pm according to the site & its 11:45am currently.
I pulled up to the drive thru and the system said that it was closed but after a started pulling away a voice said can I help you so I went back around and the person was very rude I asked for an iced coffee with sugar and cream which I got but the sugar was all at the bottom I took a sip and it was straight sugar Dunkin has seriously gone downhill
This Dunkin’ location is consistently sub par both in products and service. Their orders are always incorrect, they are out of a lot of products, and you are usually met with a decent amount of sass. On today’s adventure to this Dunkin I was told they were out of all bagels….at 12:40 (lunchtime) on a Friday…. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, it’s not worth it because it is in no way “convenient”.
