This was the WORST run Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The staff was super super slow and disorganized. Took 15 minutes to get a bagel. They forgot 1/2 the order. Avoid if at all possible
I ordered a box of 50 munchkins this morning for a school trip of 20 students. I had each child take two donuts and didn't even get to the 16th child when i ran out of donuts. Soo.. there were only 32 donuts in my box of 50 donuts. I have been trying to call them all day and no one answers and their mailbox is full. I am going to drive in tomorrow am and speak with them and let them know in hopes they will give me a box of 20 that i can share with my students that didn't get any. Ill update stars if they fix their mistake.*I updated the stars to reflect that they did fix their error the next day by giving me the 18 donut holes I was missing. I just wish I had them yesterday.Thanks!
Every time I go there my drink is messed up. Today I ordered a hot chocolate and it just taste like hot water just colored. It’s absolutely disgusting!!
I order everyday from here through door dash and they have the poorest service ever. It's either they have no egg or no crossiant for your sandwich or they completely burn your sandwich. This Dunkin is the worst of its kind.
Went there today (Christmas Day) the person taking my order was absolutely amazing. For having to work on Christmas Day he was so friendly and definitely made our day brighter.
Had me waiting for 15 minutes and never took my order. The 2 girls working seen me and just went and talked in the back while I stood up front. Horrible customer service. No wonder this place closes at 6pm
Getting service through the drive-thru is faster than going inside. About 10 cars got service before me.
I got Dunkin’ from another Dunkin in temple and my order was completely wrong. The line was down the highway and they wouldn’t answer their phone to fix my order so I went to two other Dunkin. The new one next to wawa was closed and then this one on rt 12 I asked if I could just get a cup of the white mocha flavoring so I could actually drink my Dunkin and they remade my whole drink for free. It was also better than any Dunkin in the area. Even though it’s out of my way to come to this Dunkin I would go here from now on.
Again bad service. They want the customers to have masks on but as I walked in with my 2 kids the manager and 1 employee had no mask. It's a shame because I like to walk with my kids and for a treat they wanted to give this dunkin another chance. My daughter didn't want anything after seeing the lady grab our donuts with no gloves and her fingers were in the bags we trashed it after waste of money and time. after it took 20 min to start taking orders from inside. If I could I would give it a -5 star. All this stop was good for was for the ac to cool off from our walk we will be going to 7/11 from now on.
It's the slowest Dunkin ever.. One person por the drive thru and the walk in counter..Don't come here
