This place has really gone downhill. This Domino's used to be good and put out consistently good food but as of late all they put out is terrible food. My most recent order I ordered a large 3 topping for carryout and an order of cheesy bread. The pizza was cut terribly, definitely wasn't extra cheese as was ordered, and the toppings were spread out unevenly. The cheesy bread was Burnt, and barely any CHEESE in the CHEESY bread! And to top it off when I call to complain I get greeted with absolutely terrible customer service! The food has been that terrible that I'm even forfeiting the replacement food for this order. I would highly recommend to avoid this Domino's.
Got pizza for my son & next days lunch n dinner for him but, Wish they'd have more keto or low carb options to choose from on menu using almond flour or mozz cheese & cream cheese or plain yogurt combined , as dough for pizza dough. Food 4 thought Dominoes CEOs..
If you order here expect a minimum 2.5 hr wait and a upside down pizza. And yes you pizza will sit there on checking quilty for half that time. And no they do not answer your phone calls and if they do the woman is rude.

They lost my future business. I went to pick up a pizza I ordered and they said they don't accept 50's. Went to the oley street location and they took my fifty. I should have known better though, I got a less than quality pizza at the penn st. location before. Eat this penn st. Domino's.
Dominos had made leaps and bounds considering the fact When Domino's first started the pizza tasted worse than the box it came in . I would recommend carry out specials you will save lots of $$$
they always give me a free pizza codes because the delivery was late, even when I had no complaints about the wait time. friendly staff too.
It does not deserve a star at all.This location is the bottom of the barrel.Whomever the franchise owner is, should have his/her business pulled from him/her. Latest issue at this dominoes and last one.I ordered at 830pm, they had not started my order until 945pm. I called and was told it would be out in 15 min. Lies. I called again at 1030 and was told it was on its way.Jessica the driver calls me to tell me she is here. I tell her ok, the entrance is in the front, this little b*%$ tells me to come out & get it. Rather than get angry I just went out. She was no where to be found. She dipped & didn't pick up her phone when I called.I proceeded to call dominoes. At midnight after being on hold since 11:24pm, the manager finally picked up. His excuse was because I didn't come our fast enough. 4 minutes was way too long.Excuse 2: drivers cannot come out of their cars or enter any building due to safety reasons.Excuse 3: the Reading Police Dept targets them for double parking tickets. ( they don't ticket, they have crimes to worry about, I have a garage & I called RPD to confirm that it was untrue)Excuse 4: I was rude apparently to the driver smh.I had no follow up, no refund and no damn food. There are other places to order from. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dominoes at all.
This place is complete garbage. They should shut this place down. The food ain't good and I called last night for an order and they told me it would take two and a half hours. That's complete inconvenience. And they made a commercial about if you get this much you'll get free pizza. Nobody wants your pizza we want better service
Every time I call they pick up then hang up the phone on me. Edit: Finally when someone picked up they had a nasty attitude then hung up on me. Guess I won't be making orders from this store anymore. Hire people that actually want to work.
