I’ve only ordered from here via Doordash, and coming from the west coast DQ was new to us. My orders are always correct, and sealed perfectly! The only ice cream shop around here that actually seals the ice cream and drinks to avoid spillage and tampering! I’ve only had them forget minor things (like bbq sauce) and my food always arrives hot and fresh which is all I want in food delivery. I’ve never been inside or dealt with any of the employees directly, but I still give them five stars for service just based on how my food arrives.Their chicken fingers are so good I haven’t tried any burgers yet ?
Everything I ate here is good! Definitely ice cream!Burgers, chicken sandwich, tenders ect.But I'm a bit disappointed that the burgers are not the same! The look, taste! It's not bad! Just taste like a 1\2 burger 1\2 sausage patty!But when I order a BURGER I want a BURGER!
Google says this location is open for dine-in, but upon arrival I was greeted with a large sign on the door that says Drive Thru Only. If I had known that I would’ve gone somewhere else. I wish businesses would make sure their online information is up-to-date — especially with things like Covid-19 and everyone being so short-staffed. It’s frustrating to do the research and still be given incorrect information.
Place is an absolute joke several times I have gotten food here and the order has been wrong or they substituted my food because they were sold out of something else without notifying me. The last time I was here I preordered my meal through the app so I didn’t have to wait in line for 20mins just to arrive and find out they hadn’t started it yet and I still waited for 20mins.. also they didn’t have the item I ordered in stock so I told them just to refund the difference but 3 weeks later I still have not received my refund.
Wow. Two times, amazed! Something about a DQ further away from cities like Philadelphia, that just taste better. Like the pride they take down in Texas. We need more!

I used to love getting blizzards here...the last 3 times I was here my order was wrong! The kids do not pay attention.
Honestly the best dairy queen around service is impeccable the food was really good and fresh they take really good care of you the staff is always so polite I come by in a truck sometimes when im at work and I cant use the drive thru due to covid and employees shortages and they always make sure im accommodated 5 stars for sure doesn't even feel like fast food

Owning my own business I know first hand how valuable the people are who work for you! The Dairy Queen that is located in Kenhorst ,PA is very blessed to have a young man by the name of Danny working for them! I met Danny when I purchased a last minute large ice cream cake for my husband’s birthday! It was already decorated very nicely , but I mentioned to Danny that I wished I had ordered it ahead of time so I could of put some fishing decorations on the cake. Immediately he says , I can help you with that and comes back with a Super Awesome Large plastic shark that fit perfectly on the cake like a custom fit! Everyone loved it especially our grandchildren! The cake was super delicious and the service was GREAT thanks to your SUPER AWESOME EMPLOYEE , DANNY !
