This is only my second time trying Chipotle in a long time and it’s delicious! The first time I ever ordered I can’t remember if I enjoyed it, so I decided to try it again. I went into the store and they did allow me to order in person rather then online. After seeing reviews I wanted to make sure they’d be open. Very clean store as I was there and customer service was great! Overall the burrito bowl was yummy and chips weren’t super salty!
Food is great! But I don’t understand the way the operate. the other day we came here and ordered in person and now today I went in (it’s 10:56 they open at 10:45) and they said you have to order online? I said how does that work? I was just here the other day and ordered in person he was like if you wait 10 minutes you can order I said okay I can order in person then? He said no. I left. If you have customers in person you take the orders in person. Chairs weren’t even off the tables almost 15 minutes after opening and no meat was ready yet
Four stars only because we drove all the way here and…closed. The business hours online show this store is open until 10 but when we got there, there was a sign on the door that read “sorry we’re closed”. It’s such an inconvenience to customers. It’s one thing if staffing is short and you don’t have enough help and need to close but for the love of God, update the hours online. Otherwise, the food is always delicious.
They make their own hours. Allow you to order online, when you show up they're closed. Complete trash. I understand hiring is tough these days, but it's corporates responsibility to keep online and store hours updated.
What an unacceptable experience!! Under the best of non pandemic circumstances this would be pathetic. Considering a still raging pandemic it's simply unacceptable. There was trash and food on every surface, from the floor to the tables to the self service counter to the food counter. If the front of the house is this bad, I can't imagine how bad the kitchen is!I attempted to contact corporate but they never bothered to get back to me other than an automated response.
Would be great for the Owner of this franchise to pay employees to work there.Sometimes it’s open, sometimes closed. Hours are never consistent.Either hire workers at a fair wage or close the store. You’re needlessly floundering when it’s a goldmine of an operation.Pay your workers!
Ordering chipotle sucks bad it's like why would you serve people like this ? would you guys like to eat dark brown guacamole ?.?
Do not order through the app. Ordered two items 45 minutes ahead, arrived on time and still had to wait over 30 minutes. Somehow the food was cold, and I was charged for meat on a burrito that was not received.
Mobile ordering has been down for weeks because Chipotle doesn’t want to pay their employees what they are worth to keep them. Sad really. Would love to eat there again but I can’t stand in line for 40 min during the only lunch period I get.
Few weeks ago, I went in to grab a burrito bowl but the sign at the counter said we have to order online only. So I tried to place an order online for nearly 15mins and it wouldn't let me, so I got fed up and left. And today, I am trying to place an order online for pickup but it says that online orders are unavailable. Not going to try anymore with this place while the one in Temple is even worse.
