The sushi chef was blowing his nose and turned and continued making the sushi without washing his hands!! I am so grossed out!!
Crab rangoon was bitter tasting, where as other restaurants it has a sweet and salty flavor of sorts. Bourban chicken was not very hot. Sauce from container spilled in the bag. And being that I ordered like half an hour from closing time, you'd think the food would be ready right away. Still took over 10 minutes though. I only ordered 2 items, and the restaurant was empty besides a couple.We have had food from here before and it was alright at least, but sad fully I'd say this was below average. I'm not mad, just disappointed.
Decent food, delivered very fast (used delivery.com), seemed a little expensive. The fried rice had 3 pieces of beef about one inch each, felt sort of cheated and asked for no oinions but they added it. No fork in the bag. Overall good food, but I wouldnt order from here again
We grabbed take out dinner from China Penn. Noticed that the Pad Thai didn't have any tofu in it so called and asked if we ordered it correctly or how to do so in the future. I spoke with the manager who was so nice and made us a new meal with the tofu. I was hesitant to call because i hate to complain but they were great and accommodated us accordingly. The food was great, Pad Thai was on point and the egg rolls were delicious as well.We will definitely add them to our list and order from there again.
I never write reviews but this was absolutely the worst Chinese I have ever had and I’m not picky! I wanted to order from someplace other than our usual and I do believe this place was much better YEARS ago. The chicken was so soggy, the fried rice was a weird texture…I was trying to figure out what else could be mixed in with it or if it was a mixture of mushy over cooked and undercooked rice? My husband and I got two different things but it basically tasted like the same thing only mine had sesame seeds on it. Do they use the same sauces for everything? After a few minutes I started to worry that this was someone else’s meal from the restaurant that they did not finish. So disappointed.
I ordered from “Korean Bistro” off of DoorDash today. Which has the same address as China penn. so someone is getting this review. I am absolutely and completely disappointed I spent $15 for a bibimbap that was anything but that. Let me start with it wasn’t spicy at all more sweet than anything. there was nothing but beef and a ton of onions with some carrots(see pictures) There were NO cucumbers, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and no egg. I am so mad because I spent $15 on a dish that isn’t even correct. Please advertise correctly and teach your cooks better knife skills. These onions are ridiculous.Also ordered two sushi rolls which were sub par.
So far this is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area, and they have great sushi too. They are a very busy restaurant with lots of to go and delivery orders. So just realize service will not be instant, but it will be courteous and helpful. Everything looks very clean inside and I've never had an issue with accuracy or temp on my orders, it's all been hot and delicious. ??

If we are talking about the food I easily give this place 5 stars. Especially the sushi. As far as the service goes it is terrible! There is a 15 year old kid that works there that has no idea what he is doing and makes very demonic comments. The receipt paper was running low so it had the pink line going down it and he said, "sorry this happens sometimes, there are souls trapped in the credit card machine and that is their blood." No thank you, I rebuke it in the name of Jesus.
