Staff unfriendly and seem out of it. Ice cream melted before even leaving the store very runny. Ice cream used to be good but in recent months it's gone down hill, all ice creams freezer burned beyond belief.

Very unprofessional worker. Pistachio ice cream scoop unwashed was used in two other ice cream flavors so beware if you have allergies!
I recommend this location. Friendly staff and clean place. Also thumbs up for the Hocus Pocus shakes. They are the Bomb! Go get one everyone! The cups are adorable and so are the witchy spoons.

Amazingly delicious, variety of flavors, lovely staff. Would return. P.S. eat the cold brew in a waffle cone!
