Today 4/23/22 Went and was awfully disgusting, all drinks were flat and no ice whatsoever, the fries not only were cold also not properly filled with the amount, on top some or the fries were not fully cooked, burgers sloppy and cold too. Waste of time, gas and money. I'll not recommend this location to no one. Gross to their finest ????

My friend accidentally threw my fries out that I hadn't even started yet. A very kind worker got me free fries to replace. Said worker also OFFERED to take a group photo my my friends and me. Also fast service :3

The quality of this particular burger King has gone out the window. Not totally sure if it's the lack of employees or the quality of the employees they currently have in place but service is beyond slow and having a messed up order is almost the norm.

Went into the drive thru to order the 2 for $6. I asked for the Italian Chicken Sandwiches. I was told they don’t have any. How can you be out on a Monday? I said thank you but nevermind. The person must’ve forgotten to push the mute buttee because I heard her say a**hole as I pulled away. Very unprofessional!

While at the drive thru heard the order tell the car behind me "welcome to Wendy's" and then quickly corrected herself. Not a big deal but it was amusing. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickle, fries, and jalapeno cheese bites.The cheeseburger had what is probably twice the normal pickles on it. The fries were cold and mushy, and the cheese bites were also cold.Employee at the window was the only saving grace. He was very nice and polite. I didn't spend to time to go in and deal with getting new warm food since I had to get back on the road. I won't be stopping there again when I'm in that area.

I ordered online and when I got to the speaker the lady said, “welcome to Wendy’s”, which admittedly threw me off a bit. I was definitely at Burger King. After my last order missing food, this didn’t inspire confidence. Then when it came time to give me the food I paid for already, the guy at the window tried to charge me again for a different order. He was anxious and rude and didn’t seem interested in being helpful when he didn’t give us the drinks I ordered. After pulling away I realized he didn’t give us straws, which I guess is on me because they already proved to me their incompetence. Either way I’ll still be ordering again soon enough I’m sure.

Extremely rude and unprofessional workers! Always a long line food and food is rarely hot. Never open the lobby anymore to order inside. Not worth the wait, money, or time! Plenty of other worthy places to go to who would appreciate customers!

There’s been advertising all over TV and Hulu of the $5 deal comes with a burger, nuggets, fries, and a drink. My wife went they told her you can’t get it without a coupon…..if it was a coupon it wouldn’t be advertised on TV or Hulu customer service just doesn’t matter to companies anymore.

I ordered inside. I saw the cashier seemed new. I ordered 2 original whoppers with everything on them with cheese. He didn't repeat my order back to me. When my food was ready I check my receipt and it said plain whoppers with cheese. This is wrong. They correct the burgers and take my reciept. When I got home I realized they over charged me on whopper Wednesday and gave me 2 double whoppers. I paid just over $14 for 2 whoppers. Later I called Burger King support and waiting for my refund they promised me.

To the staff working tonight 10/23/21. You did a fantastic job with the resources you were given. The gentleman taking the orders was so patient and answered all my questions without getting annoyed. The sweet woman at the window, your pleasant demeanor is just so catching in these dark times. Don’t let anyone take that away from you. To the cooks and the gentleman getting all the orders together. You did an incredible job. This was the best meal I have had from here. And just so you know, when I arrived, the line was backed up to the entrance. Within 10 minutes I was placing my order. Thank you all again. You did an amazing job!!!
