I am a road warrior and eat while driving way too often. I want fast food fast! Was passing through Reading PA and pulled into this BK. Line moved relatively fast compared to many that I have visited. Order taken quickly and correctly. Paid at window one. Stopped at window two and my order was ready. No issues. This is how FAST FOOD should be.
After wading through the Dr. Seuss line, we place our order of 4 meals and 11 min. later got to the pick-up window and paid. While waiting for our food, we requested 4 ranch and was told “Well that’s gonna cost ya .15 cents each”. My husband gathered the .60 cents and the cashier didn’t put in in the drawer!!! Open theft?? The cashier turned to us and said do you need anything else and we replied, “ummm... yeah our food and drinks” which he replied “oh, yeah” and another worker handed us our order. We left without 1/4 sandwich’s and 3/4 drinks had no carbonation. Wonderful reminder why we should aim higher with food choices!
There's usually a line at the times I go. I know that going in. My food is always hot including those fries and tasty too. The service-folk are not necessarily the friendliest or polite. The speaker system basically, sucks. Many times I'm not sure what they are mumbling to me.
This burger king is horrible food under cooked or cold taste like cleaner the burgers were made on a counter that still had cleaner my burger tasted like windex 2 times ina. Row the wait is ridiculous and the staff is super unfriendly worst burger king in berks County by far
Burger King is one of my favorite fast food places...if they would be more consciousness about ur order,, I would give it 5 stars. But they always seem to forget something...
Food prepared horribly. Chicken sandwich had so much mayo it was everywhere the sandwich was soggy. Cold cheese. And it was not busy at the time i went. Poor service.
Drive-thru line was super long so I went inside. I waited in line behind one person to order a frozen Coke. It took seven minutes in and out for this, but it was still quicker than the drive-through. Not impressed with the speed of service.
Food orders have been completely wrong and the food you do get is just awful in the last few months. Will try again in a few months time
Orders (mobile) often wrong. Employees seem confused. Some are not in uniform. No hair nets and/or gloves. As much as I want to... I can't go to this location anymore. Too Much Stress ?
Understaffed. I went inside to order. The drive up was wrapped around the bldg. I thought going inside would be quicker.That took just as long as sitting in my car waiting in line.At least I wasn't wasting gas while waiting.I avoid this Burger King.(Maybe if they had more Burger Kings in Berks County.)
