The last 6 times I ordered via drive through, they get the sides wrong or it's missing. Recently ordered mashed potatoes. They said it would be a wait.Ok, we'll wait. Got home and it was replaced by dirty rice. My husband can't have rice (food sensitivity). When you use drive through, the customer can't hold up the line to check for themselves. They are dropping the ball on quality control.
Their employees don't know how to manage a line or get orders correct. I've never heard of this place until coming into reading. My son wanted to chose so I let him, this place is what he picked. We started this trek in the drive thru line, we sat for 35 minutes in line. I was told everything we wanted they didn't have, understandable with the supply chain and inflation issues, but the employees were running around the front and side of the door playing. I get it, I was once a teen, it's like hanging out. But it doesn't really look good to the customers. My rating is based on the food which wasn't flavorful and probably could get beat out by an MRE.
I recommend everything, it is always great food!
Food- eh, decent. However, we were in the drive thru for 45 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only 4 cars in front of us. When we got to the window, the woman never even apologized for the wait. And the FOOD WAS COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like it had been ready for 45 minutes. If we hadn't driven 4.5 hours to simply try this place because many of my students tell me that it's the best restaurant in the south and if I ever got the chance to eat there, to do it.... I would have pulled out of the drive thru and left. Sweet tea- taste like the kind that you get from the gas station in a gallon jug. Chicken and fries- yes- tasty. Rice- ok Beans- decent Mac and Cheese- sticky and the BoBerry biscuit that was to come with two, only came with ONE! Which it was pretty good. But the overall experience unfortunately was HORRIBLE! Luckily, it was only my husband and I in the car. If the kids had been with us..... and had been hungry when we arrived.... it would have been problematic to say the least!
I placed an order indoors. Service was meh, I'm big on customer service. Wait wasn't too bad despite the long lines both indoors and outdoors. Food was good. I don't eat their chicken but the mac and cheese, rice and biscuits were good.
It was a busy time and the service was great. I had a big order and the gentlemen even carried the big box out to my car for me. The only reason I did not give it five stars is I did not get sweet tea they gave me regular tea. And I was not prepared for that lol
My husband and I drove 70 miles round trip JUST for some Bojangles, and this location doesn’t disappoint. Even though the drive thru was wrapped around the building, the staff was still kind and friendly. Keep it up, guys!
Favorite place for chicken tenders, fries and biscuits. Biscuits are really really good. I like how they give big containers of dipping sauce for the tenders too
My friend said that I had to try Bojangles. I was pretty excited to try it. They had me park in the lot so they can bring out my food. They brought out half my food after 45 minutes and told me that they would bringing the rest out shortly. I was waiting on 2 egg sandwiches. I went in after another 15 minutes. totaling an hour of wait time. And they had not started cooking the sandwiches. I could have cooked these sandwiches myself 10 times over in the amount of time I waited. They added another sandwich on to my order that I did not order, and the biscuits were all smashed up and by the time I actually sat down to eat I was so turned off from Bojangles I don't think I will ever return. I know they don't care. But whatever I have never been as disappointed by a restaurant to actually leave a review until now. Catch me at Haiku Sushi on the other side of the parking lot.
Two chicken breast a biscuit two sides I had french fries and coleslaw you could also get mashed potatoes and gravy mac and cheese and I had a drink as well for $9 with the tax how can you beat that the food is great I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for that kind of dinner for lunch the price is definitely right and the place is clean, the people who work there are very nice and very helpful.
