Terrible service placed order wait an hr for delivery which I get half the order is missing call and the lady is so rude then have to wait another 45 minutes to bring the rest of the order lady says oh we are busy they definitely have gone downhill don't care about the customer at all
The Food is good that’s as far as I can say about this place. You order on a Friday night they give you a 20 to 30 minute wait time double that. There rude and customer service skills suck. In stead of catching up on the orders they have they keep taking more orders over the phone and online. They give the people over the phone a 20 minute wait time as I am there 30 mins past my time of food should of been done. This is my last and final time purchasing anything from these people. Good luck to those who keep proceeding to do so.
The lady at the counter is very RUDE!!!!!!!! The food is ok they always get the orders wrong and have trouble understanding you but when it come to paying they have no trouble understanding you,
Really good. Date of visit: September 18 2021. I was shopping at Home Depot and it was past lunchtime and I was starving. One can work up quite an appetite shopping so I gave the Chef a try because I love Chinese food. I was not disappointed at all. My take-out was fast and fresh. My Discover Card was welcomed here so all is good. Plenty of parking and the restaurant delivers.
followed them to their new location, used to love them.. after the last visit, its time to find a new place for chinese. they are never on time with the orders, even if you order well in advanced. very rude to customers as well, they don't seem to care either way. oh well?♀️

I asked for Yuxiang Rou Si (as opposed to american-style shredded pork with garlic sauce), and I got it just how I wanted. The Singapore-style mei fun was flavorful and strong.Thank you! I'll be ordering from you again!
This place is a joke. Had ordered over the phone was told 10 minutes. Got there and waited inside for over 45 mins. They have no organization what's so ever. Decided to walk out with out my food. Will never go there again
Solid food, been coming here for years when they were by the old blockbuster. This is a better location.
