Clip coupons for Arby's since in our experience Arby's is on the high end for prices for fast food...but we enjoy it.
Like the food, but last visit they failed to give us a few items. We did not notice until we got home. When I went back, they knew they messed up, but instead of apologizing or offering us something extra, they just remarked "here for your fish sandwiches?" and handed me the bag. I believe that this was the manager, and it was not very busy, so I shocked that their mistake (and my inconvenience of having to drive back) seemed so typical for them!!!
The McDonald’s in Exeter is the best McDonald’s to go to. They are prompt, polite and always have my mobile orders ready very quickly. However the McDonald’s in Mount Penn is horrible. The food is always cold, rude staff and always messing up the orders!
Been through the drive thru around lunchtime on a weekday twice in recent weeks and though I had to wait a little while with the line of cars, the food was hot and fresh and the worker at the window was very pleasant, efficient and helpful.
Very fast and friendly chicken could be cooked a little longer to each their own
Good sandwich, but the fries were too salty, like they salted them twice. Usually this Arby's location is great.
Service is always fast, food is always fresh and the people who work there are always nice and respectful.This Arby's is a close 2nd to Chic fil a in Exeter.
I usually have no issues with my local Arby's. But on Tuesday evening at approximately 6 pm; I waited 15 minutes in the long drive thru line. When it was my turn to order, and before I could say a word; I was told "We have no roast beef". What? A roast beef restaurant out of beef?? I didn't whine; just asked if chicken sandwiches were available as I had a coupon for chicken.I think the restaurant would have been well advised to post a sign stating it was out of beef before customers pulling up to the order area, and being surprised & having to make alternate snap dinner decisions.
Just in the last 2 weeks I have had my order messed up twice. Once I didn't get an item I ordered, at all, and another time instead of getting hot wings I got a chicken sandwich in the box. Brenda at the store, however, is always very nice and apologetic and has always taken our name so that we can get it at another time, but that doesn't really help you too much when you're sitting down to eat and you're missing the item you ordered. The last time I was there, I ordered the buffalo wings and they didn't have any sauce. They gave me packets of sauce to put on my hot wings. This would have been ok, I guess, but the wings were dried out and hard as a rock and must have been sitting there for a long while. They went in the trash.
I didn't know they had other fries besides the curly girl be and omg i like them they are now my #2 favorite #1 is Mc D's fries ?
