This was a top notch Applebee's. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and service was great.Food is typical of what to expect at an Applebee's and prepared exactly as I would expect.Nothing bad to say about my visit.
Really fast service on a Sunday night with the appetizers/kid's meal and then my meal shortly after I was done - good pacing, attentive waitstaff asking if needed refills or anything else. Somewhat tricky to get here, though - GPS asked (and we took) a U-turn at the next light when possibly could have made a left at the light beforehand (it's in a shopping center with the eatery in front of Burlington.) Will come back again, short drive from Reading Fightin' Phils stadium.
I am one of those people who know what they will order before they walk into most restaurants. At Applebee's my choice is always their Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. I absolutely love it! Tonight my food came out sizzling hot and delicious. Our server was very nice and she was very quick with our food and drinks. A very good experience in every way.
Usually Applebee's has decent service and food, but my most recent experience left a poor taste in my mouth. The waitress and normal service was good, but the food we ordered made me and my friend sick. It was the "4 cheese mac and cheese with honey peppered chicken tenders". After a few bites, we felt the need to vomit. We brought this to the attention of the manager, and the best we could get was free tea. They did NOT offer a refund. It felt like they assumed that our motives were nefarious. They did not taste the food that made us sick, but just threw it out. I thought they would take their customers serious. If you're between ages 18 - 25 expect to get a similar experience if things go wrong.
Tianisha was an AMAZING waitress tonight. She was very attentive and made my experience extra special with a personal-style birthday dessert and a kindhearted note. 10/10 recommend and will be dining again!
Was just in for a GrubHub but the bartender Kristin was doing everything for so many people around the bar and was killing it she was working very hard, if you come and happen to see her tip her well people she deserves it!
Very slow service .. manager never bothered to check the floor . No drink refills . I wish I could say this was just one server on a bad night. This has happened twice now with different servers .
Today me and a friend of mine came in for lunch, and Tianisha took care of us. I don’t usually write reviews but she was so sweet, so kind and really just a special person. She made a sweet little dessert plate for me! The service was good and she even went out of her way to do something she didn’t have to. I am not from this area but if I ever come back I’ll be sure to ask for her!! Thank you Tianisha!!
Actually walked out after ordering!!! Never received our drinks, waitress acted like it was a chore to be there. Another waitress was more concerned about us!!! This place is absolutely disgusting and has gone down hill since we moved to this area... should be closed... it smells because of the old moldy carpet holding the smells of EVERYTHING from EVERYONE who has been in this place!!! Absolutely no care or concern in the place... Never returning.
It's not too expensive.
