The people at this Wendy's were very, very nice. The chili, however, was terrible. The manager replaced it trying hard to give me real chili, not soup. Unfortunately, this attempt was unsuccessful. I should have gotten a refund but didn't want to be a pain. I'll give this Wendy's another try chalking it up to a bad day. But, I was disappointed.
Since the relocation of this Wendy’s I have been completely displeased every time. I will not be going back ever again. Especially since I have been charged extra for my meal due to incompetence, have been given cold food even without a line, the people at the window never have manners. They can’t even give out a basic straw let alone keep products in stock. Horribly run business from the top all the way to the bottom.
Won’t ever go back again. Whoever works in that place are all a joke! Waited in the drive thru line for so long that I decided to park it and go in… but then u find out the doors are locked with no way to even know. So I got back in line and it didn’t move a single car length forward after an additional 5 minutes straight, so I left. The time before that my food was nearly cold after waiting in line for an outrageous amount of time. “Fool me twice”… never again
Poor service, rude. Got my order wrong twice, and was made to feel as if it was my fault.They need to know customers service skills, and how to work as a team.
Found a hair in my fries after waiting 30 minutes to get my food. -_- definitely never coming back to this location
I put in a online order for lunch, select carry out. Get there, door are locked, dining room is closed. All carry out orders must go through drive through. Spend 20 minutes in line, by the time I got my food everything was cold. Don't bother with this place.
Waited in drive thru line for 30 min and finally just left because there was still 3 cars ahead of us. It looked like all employees were yelling at each other and not trying to take orders. One employee even sat down and fooled around with her hair and shoes. Won't be going back anytime soon!
New restaurant is nice inside. Order came up quickly. Food was good. Kevin at the counter was very accommodating.
Quakertown location doesn't have the new French fries, I got the old undercooked, cold, soggy fries. This after 30 minutes in the drive thru.
I can guess they have changed managers since last year.The increase in quality of the food and service has drastically increased. Whoever is staffed there now, is doing a wonderful job.
