I've gone to the pub a few times early in the afternoon I like to play the games they have available I tend to do okay there not really a drinker at all I just get a Coke and mind my own business seems like a good crowd though typical for Quakertown

Good food and prices. Wide selection menu. Try the chocolate martini!

Great food. Great drinks. Great service.

Not the hot spot it was when I was younger. Still a great bar, just different.

We enjoyed our meal here.

Many menu choices. We tried a burger and a cheese steak which were just okay. Rolls nothing special. Fries order was small and says Pub Fries, they're more like shoe string. No reason to return.

Came in with a group last night I am a Quakertown Resident. Right away the bar tender racially profiled me and my friends and other people at the bar as well. Horrible experience don't ever go there. It's Sad to experience this in 2021.

Good foodGood pricesAwesome staff

After a drought of quality time together, my partner and I decided it was time for a fun dinner out together. Admittedly, we checked Google reviews first! The location and diner-like menu (plus availability of a bar) lead us to Pub; it's also within walking distance. The IPA on tap was exactly the kind I enjoy - Goose something - and it was nice to sit and sip a beer while we chatted and caught glimpses of the Phillies playing the Orioles. My partner decided on a cup of Italian Wedding soup; he said it was "as expected" and dumped his saltine crackers in almost immediately. I had a taste of the broth and it was good! I generally do not like Italian Wedding soup. He finished all of it. A good, flavorful broth is a good measure of a restaurant - if I were judging them on the broth alone, they would win my favor. The sit-down area wasn't too busy - tables were empty but most booths were occupied - so we had no problem getting comfortable. It was apparent that there was only one server; being a Monday night, I wasn't surprised. I feel for wait staff in this pandemic world because staffing and supply shortages have been costing them tips, despite the wait staff having no impact on either! And as someone who previously served tables, I know how demanding (and demeaning) guests can be.For dinner, partner went with an Italian club sandwich, I went with the reuben, and we ordered sweet potato fries to share. Our server was well versed in the varieties of toast available. My partner ordered his club without cheese, which is atypical, and it arrived with cheese. As soon as we mentioned it, she had a fresh club made - no picking the cheese off. It was a whole new sandwich! I saw her write it down and I know it's a bit unconventional, and we appreciated her quick response despite being the only server. My reuben was perfection. It was all of the delicious essentials that a reuben needs to be: savory corned beef, sauerkraut, dressing, melted Swiss, etc., on perfectly toasted bread that was not soggy. The sweet potato fries were very thin-cut and well salted, so the balance of sweet and savory was perfectly combined with a dab of good old ketchup.I've lived in Quakertown a while now; the Pub is within walking distance. I don't know why I waited so long to try it. It's easy and comfortable to stick with the same over and over... maybe this will be our new "same" spot! Don't go to John's. Go to the Pub!

Tonight my husband and I decided to try this place out, being new to the area, and wanting to try to avoid chain restaurants. We didn't have the best experience. It took an hour to get our food and some of the food didn't come out correctly. Our server Donna was on point though and assured us that our experience wasn't normal. She told us that tonight was just a bad night which is understandable considering everything going on in the world and businesses suffering and struggling to hire people. So Donna took care of us in a way to guarantee we would give them a second chance. Thank you Donna for turning our night around!
