Customers can be rude, demanding, and downright nasty.I asked for items made with special changes - it was a large order, too - and it was FLAWLESS. Two counter associates ensured I received my drink cups. Taco Bell is a special treat for me, and this location has been particularly reliable. I use the app to order ahead, then pick up in-store.I know they are overworked and frazzled. I don't think I have the resolve to work as hard as they do, but I appreciate them and I definitely appreciate the heck out of a steak quesarito with abundant extra sauce, as requested.When I need an indulgent treat, I go to Taco Bell. ?To everyone who works at the 1070 S West End Blvd location, I appreciate you and I thank you for putting up with my customization requests. After a hard day/week/month, it really gives me a spot of relief.
A pretty good Taco Bell overall. Food was tasty, and hot. The manager in charge during lunch seemed to be very professional, and sharp. My only gripe is that the tables could have been a little cleaner.
They need to open up the inside Covid is no longer an excuse for bad hiring practices. Pay and hire who is needed to man your store! Its too.uch to feed a family of five in the car, and its too far from my house to get home warm. People were nice food was fine but tired of this OPEN UP!!
The young workers behind the counter handled the rush with great poise. It was very busy time, Sunday at lunchtime and not all the customers were polite. These workers did not crack and continued to crank out the orders.
5/5 stars for their service. They always open till 10 or 11 at night and serve with the same quality and quantity. I love this place.
It's tough to find and keep employees these days, but this Taco Bell location is always top notch. I get my food in a very timely fashion here and the staff are always great.

every time i go there they forget something or multiple things. tonight we got two crunch wrap combos, three tacos, and chips/queso. we were handed the bag and the worker said “you’re good to go” and we were in fact not good to go. completely forgot to give us the two combo meals. then after we got home (30 min drive) and we noticed the food wasn’t there i tried calling. called over 20 times with mo anwser, answering machine, or call back. $30 of food and was give $9 of it. ridiculous
Cheap fast food that fills you up. Good customer service. Just poor quality food.
