Great friendly staff, good drinks, just wish lobby was open all day but all in all I never had a problem there. You do get out faster if you order ahead with the app. Don't gotta wait 10 mins in line
I was the only customer in the store. No one sitting and no one in the drive-thru. I was in about 45 minutes before close. I understand that you have closing duties that need to be done, but when there is only one customer and you make them wait for 10 minutes THEN take a drive thru order BEFORE EVEN STARTING the drink for the one customer who has been waiting, that's unacceptable.I don't like to complain about service workers, but come on. There was no reason for this to happen. The service at this particular store has never been great.I knew there was a reason I very rarely stop in.
Very friendly staff. Service and product were as expected. Cleanliness of the customer floor was the only thing out of place. Slightly disorganized and under stocked quick-grab shelves. Thing just didn’t look presentable as a food service establishment should.
i live a different kind of life than most peeps so I guess my vibe check rung true when it don't matter what the blues bring, when some strange buttery toffee schlacking flutter-dimple [email protected] sah-salty guh guudy gids on meh mejong tiles of plastered ornamentation there is no degradation feel me? so yeah. thats why I guess. I exlect no expected gestures but I def. got some. why drive thru? go in, stay a while. plug devices in and chill out...mingle and be weird

This Starbucks closes earlier than both google says AND the sign on their doors! Google said they’d be open until 2pm. The sign on their drive thru says they close at 1:30pm. It is currently 12pm and they are closed. Also the slowest drive thru I’ve ever seen. You can wait up to an hour in the drive thru for a coffee. The most unreliable Starbucks ever ??
open then closed. shortened hours. i only go here to pick things up for my girl. we will not be visiting anymore. dunkin’ donuts will happily serve us in an orderly and timely fashion.
I ordered a drink and waited 30 minutes for a drink I never got, there were a bunch of people who went after me and got their drinks. I even had employees stare at me and ignore me instead of asking what I was waiting for.

Unfortunately, this is one of the most poorly run Starbucks I have been to. My family and I have been going to Starbucks for years and have never had any issues until this one. They continuously change their hours for in-store orders, their hours for drive-thru are also changing weekly, and their order ahead on the mobile app is almost never available. They tend to pick and chose which days their drive-thru only is 10am-2pm or 11am-2pm at their convenience causing extremely long drive-thru lines. I am very close to longer giving them business as all of this is frustrating. Hopefully they get new management soon and get all of this under control.
