I wish I could give this place more stars.... the workers are good I don't blame their workers or work ethic... but I will say when i walked in to order, there was no drive tru line, and only one or two other customers inside... and when I walked in I saw that there was like at least 50 pieces of chicken pre made and waiting to go in bags.... im talking pre made chicken tenders, bites, breasts, my first thought was "why is there so much chicken made, its not exactly bumping right now".. sure enough when i got my chicken sandwich the chicken was warm and all, but it felt like it was cooked two hours ago... chicken was hard to chew and tasted like it was made hours ago... they pre make too much food and it lowers the quality of their meals.Ps, fries were Luke warm and chewy
My fiancé brought us home an 8 piece, and a 5 piece tenders with fries and coleslaw. There was a spoonful of coleslaw in the container and the fries were mushy. Chicken seemed like it was fried hours ago, all dry and gross. And apparently shorted pieces of chicken. With the prices as high as they are you would think we could get at least what we are suppose too. We are done with your food.
Pulled up to the drive-through window was greeted with an automated message saying the store was closed (At 7:45 PM) followed by someone saying please wait one moment and we can help you. After waiting about 5 minutes I was then told they had a very limited selection of menu items available..... None of the items I wanted.I guess this place is going out of business?
The service was horrible the guy started pretending like he did not hear me when I was placing my order and they still did not get it right after I told him at the window. I tried to call back to speak with the manager all it did was ring.
Place should close down. The nonsense with having their doors locked is absolutely pathetic so you’re forced to go into the drive through that is built for a go cart, and the mobile app offers aren’t accepted at that location. I understand it’s not gourmet food but fast food is meant for convenience and this location isnt worth the American dollar.
Website and app says they are open until 9 pm, I pulled in at 8:20 pm lights on and open sign still lit. There were 2 cars ahead of me already in drive through line ordering. When it’s my time to order a pre-recorded message comes over the speaker and says they are closed. They then shut the lights off. It’s 8:23 at this point.
Pulled up to the drive through window because the order speakers were not working. A sign said there was a technical issue. As I was placing an order with the person at the window, I noticed an employee sitting on the cashier counter with both shoes off. He was sitting on the counter rubbing/massaging his feet. His feet! He then hopped off the counter to pick my order. Obviously it was a hard pass for me. I mentioned it to the order taker but he seemed completely unphased by it. I got the feeling it probably happens regularly. Thank goodness I didn’t pay and I definitely leave with any food.
Was not the best. Far too hard n crunchy. Fried to a crisp. Nice staff though
Food was very good, but they charged 35¢ for sauces (like pre-packaged BBQ sauce, similar to what you would find in any fast food place). Isn't that supposed to come with your chicken strips? The drive-thru was extremely narrow. It is nice that they warn you on the sign before you attempt to go through it.
First off.. It's been a while because there's none around me. Missed it so much, caved in and we drove far.No more Cajun Rice! Blasphemous. It's the only side I'd get. The fries are gross no flavor. "Cajun"??? fries? Look seasoned but not grease bomb fries. Did your biscuts change or have I become accustomed to Pillsbury? Yuck. Chicken doesn't taste the same, no taste, no spice. Tender but greasier tasting than remember. Still better than KFCs salt bomb chicken. Red beans and rice wasn't bad, but have had better rice dishes. Apple pie was good dusted with all that goodness, tasted like any fast food pie...aka glorified McDonalds pie. When drive through window guy gave us our food, he didn't give the drinks. Handed it like it was all our order. Didn't realize sodas weren't in bag which was brimming overflow with sides spilling out. Driver pulled our car away, realized and had to rewait in a line of cars for drinks. We left home around 3pm, after all this, we sat down to eat at 5pm. No BBQ sauce we payed for and got part of order wrong.I have no desire to eat at any Popeyes ever again. Sticking to Zatarain's Dirty Rice and Pillsbury biscuits for a quick easy meal.
