Great hoagies made by a great manager, Rob!
Very good. Freshly prepared and staff was very friendly. I also noticed how clean the restaurant is overall. I recommend for a brief spot to relax and enjoy a sandwich and snacks.

I'm a big fan of this place. Great hoagies for a chain, and I'm extremely grateful that they have gluten free rolls (it had been years since I'd been able to get a real hoagie). The staff is always friendly too. My only complaint is that, when I've ordered food on their app for a timed pickup, I've had to wait at least 5-10 extra minutes every single time. It's annoying, but it ends up being worth the wait.
If Mike is really from Jersey, he should be ashamed. Cheap meats and cheeses with no flavor. Counterfeit Italian rolls. (wonder bread?) Why is there no hinge on the bread? To be cool? Now so the lettuce is falling out. There are many great places to get a hoagie. Mike's hoagies taste like they were made in a cafeteria by lunch ladies. I am offended.
No greeting. When I asked about the order that was called in for pickup, they said, “not “yet”. Terrible service. Not all employees were even in uniform. Food is fine, service needs to be addressed. Rude and extremely poor employees.
Love your hoagies they have lots of meat in it and they're very good and that's the way I love my hoagies you put a lot of love in making them and there's three of us we buy the whole ones want to have the grandchildren over they love the cheese hoagies with their vegetarians I love the all kinds of different cheeses on it lettuce tomato onions pickles on some of them pickles on the side and they are so good they love them I never had any hoagies delivered and we shouldn't have to pick him up so I guess you don't have delivery thank you very much for your lovely hoagies.
Picked up our order tonight and got it home and once again there is mayo and relish ON the sandwich when I specified them to be on the SIDE! Why have a section for notes of the order is going to be made wrong. This continues to happen time and time again. I like to decide how much fmgoes on my sub not what the employees think should be on. Its a real shame! The food is great but when simple instructions cannot be followed it ends up being a waste of money! Thabks again Jersey Mike's( Quakertown) for making a great sub not good at all!

I arrived at the store yesterday, June 16 around 8:30 to pick up a Door Dash order and when I entered the store I was ignored by the two staff (one male and one female) when I walked in. No greeting, no “how can I help you?”, no “I’ll be with you in just a second”... just silence, which was a little awkward for me as I stood there at the counter in front of the female for at least 2 minutes as she aggressively packaged up an order and ignored me. Once she finished packing the order, she finally asked if I was picking up for Door Dash, and when I answered she set the order on the counter and said “have a good night”. No confirmation of the name on the order or anything.I’ve worked in the restaurant business for many years, so I understand we all have our bad days especially these days with Covid and staff shortages. But I do think greeting a customer as they walk through the door or ask how they can help is the LEAST that can be done. Very disappointed in the customer service!
