A co-worker and I each ordered a salad from Italian Delight for lunch today. Was super excited to try a new place. Ordered mine with grilled chicken. Get the delivery and no grilled chicken. So I call...the guy who answered proceeded to tell me I did not get charged and that grilled chicken does not come on the salad, when I was looking at the receipt and asked to pay extra for this to be added. And then he hung up on me. I called back to talk to a Manager, he said "no manager was in today", he told me to "call back later, I am busy". I said I would be over to speak to someone. He hung up on me again. 2 minutes later someone called back and offered to bring the grilled chicken because it was their error! I don't think we will order from there for awhile. Props to whoever called back and corrected it with me. He delivered it and apologized.
Sad to say we on a search for a new delivery place. Even though it was 9, they close @ 10 I respectfully asked are you still cooking particular meals. I was informed yes. We picked up our $100 order @9:40pm.All the salads missing the dressings., Greek salad came with just chicken, pasta meals cold. Not even the garlic knots we could enjoy….. tasted liked they were made @10in the morning.
I ordered through DoorDash and everything I ordered was great. I would like to mention that I added a short note that my boneless wings would be prepared and sent dry with the sauce on the side so they didn't get soggy and they had sauce on them. My other request was followed so I know the note was read. I would just recommend to pay attention to the details. I still give 5 stars because the food was delicious. Have ordered from here for years and hadn't for awhile. Will ne ordering more again.
We had a pepperoni/mushroom pizza. It was very good. Would definitely go back.

They advertise one price(on website) then hit you with a $5 increase when you call. Stop using the tired excuse the website is handled by a third party. You as the owner of the site can call email etc to have it updated. You should have honored the price advertised ( the right thing to do) I was shopping for a new local pizza shop for when we have customers meetings, we will keep looking. Your employee was great you not so much.

The pizza is amazingly great! Baked to perfection. You can definitely tell this place takes pride in what they prepare…
Great Buffalo chicken wrap. They let me customize it to how I wanted it. Great customer service!
