Not quite as good as John & Vito made them, but still the best cheesesteaks around. I've been enjoying them since 1973. It's a 'must stop' whenever I'm in Bucks County.

We have frequented Frank's weekly for two years. The Pizza is actually fairly good, unfortunately our last and final trip there was such a sham we will never return. Franks offers the typical buy 10 pies get a free medium pie coupon, we had saved over 30 of them with the idea to use them for pizza night when the kids had multiple friends sleep over. I called and ordered the three medium pies (30 coupons) and VERIFIED that this was fine, verbatim “yes, it’s just going to be 10 vouchers each” . I arrived to pick up the pies and was met with a huge attitude the moment I walked in the door. “You can only use one at a time, you have to pay for the other two pies” to which I replied that I had verified this on the phone at the time of order; and was told it was fine - if I was going to buy pizza, I’d have ordered 2 large pies as we always do, and suggested that the right thing to do was to honor their coupons and phone verification at the time of order and that we would only “do one at a time” going forward. The bigger guy who I believe is the owner said no, so I said fine - I’ll take one of the pies then and here is 10 vouchers. He replies “you can only use one, and you have to pay for the other two pies.“ I smiled and told him that I would do so, but that I would never be returning to Franks if so. When he rang me up and handed him all 32 coupons and told him I would not be needing them since we would not be returning; in the end I left with 3 medium (small!) pies, and while I was charged $15 for the one pie, I paid that while having given them enough for more than 3 pies. (32 vouchers)Let me be clear, I have NO problem paying for food and service. I tip them every time I order carry out. Verifying on the phone that this was going to be fine then insisting on charging me is dishonest and underhanded, had they said “we can only use vouchers for one pie at a time” on the phone I would have been fine with that. I hope the $15 was worth $50 in weekly orders, and every negative review I can write on every review service possible. I’ll order Rossi’s or Giovanni’s going forward. That being said, Franks pizza is actually pretty good - just dishonest ownership. That matters more to me.

Nothing like the old Frank's....pizza not so good and the slices they had on display were sitting there all day...will not go back again

The pizza quality around here is terrible. Frank's is the only place that has top notch pizza. Frank's is a 25-30 minute drive for me so I bought a pizza carrier like delivery people use from Amazon so I can keep it warm. Please open another location in the Allentown area;)

Many years ago they make grease fire burn down my family restaurant. My family get big insurance settlement so 5 stars. Now we have 10 restaurants AND China #1 ????????????

Been going here for years now!! I love their cheese steaks and pizza!!! Try it out!!

Great food also great staff

So this is one of my all time favorites. The cheese steaks are UNREAL. Buffalo chicken cheese steak is the best. The only thing I would suggest is if they would go back to getting AMOROSO ROLLS! The rolls are half of what makes a great sandwich and the rolls they have now are NOT GOOD. I've been going to this place since I was literally four years old and this is the one thing that is keeping me from going more often. It seems simple but it's the little things.

Great little local place. Been getting food here for over 20 yrs. Chick quesadilla with fresh salsa is top notch!! Cheese stks are always good. Had to wait for the pizza to finish but we'll worth it!
