My visit was not very good today! I went with my husband and son tonight we bought three burgers three drinks and a large order of fries. Normally with a large order of fries to give you an extra scoop of french fries tonight that did not happen! We spent $45 tonight and I am very unhappy with my visit. I have a manager wants to reach out to me that would be appreciate it! I may not come to this place ever again!
Went to this store with a toddler with physical disabilities and his mom. One of the workers behind the counter made a disgusted face and said something to the effect of "oh my god". The mom was devasted, this was a grown man, his mask was down so she could see everything he said. Please educate your employees. Very disappointing and will probably never return.
We went there tonight to order food to go. We had a physically disabled toddler with us. An employee did not have his mask on properly and when he say the child, he gasped "oh my god" and attempted to point the child out to his coworkers. The toddlers mother was devasted, as was I ,his nurse. you should not have employees too immature to work with the public. This was so beyond unacceptable, called and spoke to the manger, who said, "oh, I will talk to him". NOT GOOD ENOUGH. The employee was at least 20 if not older, who raised this POS.
Super disappointed!!! Hasn't been the same, Stopped in today so disgusting. Let me start this off first there's was no drinks available except maybe 3 and the other machine was down, All the tables are all dirty can't sit anywhere, Both trash bins filled that the garbage is sticking out, nothing is restocked on the table not even the TWO ketchup pumps, floors have trash all over, I received barley any fries not even filling the whole cup up which disappointed me even more and my burger patty was super small and cheese wasn't even melted. I came about 2 weeks ago and the food was just not good it's sucked to be exact but i wanted to give another try and even worse! Will not be returning to this location again. I don't understand how the restaurant was like this and so disgusting if it was fully staffed! Waste of money!!!!

Was pretty good. Lettuce wasn't great reminds me of McDonald's hot slimy . Not exactly crisp. It made an otherwise great burger less than. Cheese dog was great.
Meat quality is excellent, the best tasting burger! Fries are good too. All this with super fast service. When I use the app to order in advance, I walk in, say my name and my food is handed to me, simple, easy, fast.
If there were Six Guys, even Nine Guys, running this place, these FIVE GUYS cannot be outdone. Delicious burger in a choice of sizes; great fries. Wish there was one closer to where I live.
Sunday night 8:15 pm came in for burgers. As we sat in the car facing the store we ate our delicious, hot burgers and fries watching the workers inside. No one came in for 20 minutes while we ate but the workers all kerping their masks on. They were sweeping the floor, wiping down the grill, restocking and doing other tasks. Kudos to not only great burgers but workers who don't sit around when no customers are in the store. Hoping management apprecistes you and pays you well. You deserve it.
